I am a few weeks behind on my payment and I’m getting calls from the Kia Financial department about my late payment. I told them I would pay the payment at the end of the week but I am still receiving phone calls. I am only 1 payment behind with a new payment due October 29, 2022

Hi James. It isn't illegal for debt collectors to call on any day of the week, including Sunday's. They do have to keep their calls between 8am and 9pm in your time zone. If they are calling excessively or harassing you, your rights may have been violated. I would like to speak with you about these calls further, please call me at 888 572 0176. Thanks, Mike
We're supposedly only a handful of days late (which I dispute this as well), but Kia is calling all day and nights (even Sundays). We complained to them that we have a scheduled payment already, but they won't stop calling.

Hi Tammy. I'm sorry to hear that you've dealt with a poor customer service agent from Kia Motor Finance. Unfortunately, some debt collectors like to flex their muscle to try and scare a consumer into paying and not only is this type of behavior sometimes harassment, it can be a violation of your rights. A horrible Woman called me From this number and she was from Kia I do have a Kia and my car payment is late however I’ve been in contact with him several times and I had an agreement set up and this woman didn’t care she started going oh you know you had an agreement when you purchased the car etc. and continue to tell me how it’s going to be repossessed because I have payments that were not made in full and all this other jumbo when she had no idea what she was talking about it was not the truth she was mean and abusive wouldn’t let me speak and I couldn’t believe my ears my car payment is one month past due I’ve been in contact with them and have a payment arrangements it’s for this coming Friday and she didn’t care she start tummy basically what kind of person I was and I couldn’t make my car payment how they’re going to come take it I’ve never in my life dealt with such a rude rude person in my entire life if that’s what Kia hires chickadee recollections I hope that no one’s paying them it’s a horrible they need to fire her immediately
Calls from this number numerous times a day. No one on the other end. Keep calling. I was 10 days late with a payment and paid it but the still keep calling
Called 3 times today when I called back claiming harassment was told they were within the federal guidelines to call multiple times a day.

Hi Kelly. Keep in mind that only third-part debt collectors are required to follow the FDCPA, which limits calls to only being permitted between the hours of 8am and 9pm. I've been unemployed since march. Tried working with Kia Motors finance, they offered deferment options etc. They submitted my deferment incorrectly on their end, and that led to a snowball effect resulting in a 30-day past due credit report entry. My score went down 45 points. I went through Experian to file a dispute and eventually my credit score went back up. Recently I found it went down 45 points again.
They call me from this number constantly ((866)344-5632), and never leave a message. Recently, I was able to catch up on payments. Still one month behind, after the weekend ended where I had paid two payments, the calls started again.
I have a vehicle through Kia. I got a little behind on my payments and over the past month I have gotten a call at least every 2 or 3 days. I've talked to these people and told them MULTIPLE TIMES that I would pay $200 every 2 weeks until my payment has been brought current. As of Friday, February 21st I am down to being just 24 days past due and the amount that is past due is only $106. Today is Sunday the 23rd and they just called again. Please help!
This number has been calling non stop and doesn't leave messages. When I answered it's someone with foriegn language never answering any of my questions.
this 8663445632 harass me everyday all hrs of the day even at 11 something at night..im tired of it its been crazy my phone been hacked and internet identiy been stolen about five mins ago this number had called again I ve already complain no good their calling the person their on the car with me and were so sick of it we make our payments everymonth and comfirmations through email ….and their trying to say were behind ,and its bull and were tired of fighting with this ...please help its putting more stress on us .. thanks
Kia calls day and night, on weekends, and holidays. They never leave a message. If you are able to answer they don't say anything.
I receive 2-4 sometimes even 6 calls from this number if my payment is a day past the due date!! No grace period or anything. They never leave a message nor speak when the phone is answered.
This number has been calling non stop and doesn't leave messages and wants personal information!!!!
