Received a call from Kingsley & Associates stating that I would be getting served. hey used a previous last name of mine. I do collections for a living and can tell you that they did not disclose that they are a debt collectoror provide a mini miranda. When I called them a female answered and when I gave her the reference # they provided me she couldn\'t come up with anything. I\'d like to see if I can file suit against them. It is agencies that make my work that much more difficult.

Got a call from Kingsley & Assoc - I understand your firm has dealt with them before. Call regarding \"my property\" and some legal docs that may require signature and that they may start legal proceedings without my consent and to call them (with a case number) and that \"I have been notified\" - threatening tone (I have the vm). Sounds like a debt collection scam - I have no debt other than my mortgage which I keep current.
