My wife was a realtor in 2010 and couldn\'t make ends meet anymore. My back was out and I was on Social Security Disablility. It was a Citibank credit card they sold to Unifund who tried to garnish my SS Chase bank account in 2013. We filed the no garnishment paperwork with the Bank and County Courthouse. I few weeks ago we find another garnishment and they got over $200 this time. Unifund LCC Inc partnered with Accounts Receivable Inc (Air at https://ariwashington.com/). I sent them (via email) copies of the Garnishment Paperwork filed with the bank and courthouse today 2/8/23 and asked them for my money back. I called the courthouse person who filed the original paperwork before I found our paperwork and she told me to notarize new garnishment paperwork, make a copy and send one to them and bring one to her.

Hello Ileana. How often are you getting calls from LVNV Funding? Have you informed them to cease and desist? You do have that right. I'm going to give you a call so we can talk more about the laws and your options in dealing with these types of calls. Thanks, Mike

Hi Earl. If LVNV Funding is calling outside of permissible legal hours, they could be violating your rights. It is not illegal for them to call you on any day of the week, but they must keep their calls between the hours of 8am-9pm. What times are they calling you? If you have a list of the times you've received calls from them, you can send that over to me in an email at michael@agrusslawfirm.com. I will review the information you send and then contact you to discuss your options further. Thanks, Mike

Hello Kelly. Debt collectors will often call frequently to harass you into payment, even if you've promised payment. However, they cannot violate your rights and if they do so, they could owe you compensation. Let's talk more about the law when I give you a call. Thanks, Mike

Hi Marcy. You can make these annoying calls stop. Debt collectors are not permitted to harass you and if the calls have become a frustration for you, they could be violating your rights. How often are they calling you? Do you have a call log of the calls you've received? If you do, you can send those over to me at michael@agrusslawfirm.com. I can review that information and contact you about your options. Thanks, Mike

Hello, my name is Amanda and I have none stop been getting calls threw all hours of the day as well as constant texts that I signed up for but not they way they are coming in. Everyday I get anywhere between 5-15 calls a day and the latest I’ve gotten it was at 10 at night. I understand people live in other timezones but they know where I am if they are calling me. Can you please help me.
They were sent a cease and desist letter from me and sent to the department that I was told from Synchrony to send it to however I am getting many calls a day.
Thia people insist in calling more than 5 times away regarding a account that I know is current
1-800 292-7508 just called me at 8:09am on Sunday 06-02-2019. I put the number in to see who it was and your information popped up on google. Please help. Thanks!
(800) 292-7508 calls our office daily; however, when the call is "answered" no one replies.
800-292-7508 has been calling my home frequently. They are callingon behalf of Synchrony Bank with whom I do have a debt. That is not the problem. They are calling my home phone which harasses the whole family. How do I supply them with my cell phone number and get them to quit calling the home phone?
They started calling me 5 days ago because I forgot to pay them. I told them I would pay double on my next check. I have never been late before. They have continued to call me 5-6 times a day. I do not understand why. I already told them I'm going to pay.
This number is relentless in the daily harrassment calls. The only thing stopping them are the 2 apps on my phone and notifications off. Please help. Please contact me ONLY BY EMAIL. I never answer phone.
They will call 3 to 5 times a day and I want them to stop!
