Hi Alex. Thanks for reaching out to me about your situation. I'm sorry that you're dealing with these debt collection calls while trying to care for your ill son. I'm sure it has made things that much more difficult. I'd be happy to talk this over with you to determine what options you might have for your medical bills. I'm going to be in touch, but you can also reach me at 312 300 5996 at your earliest convenience. Thanks, Mike
Medicredit began spam calling my wife and I after our 7 yo son was diagnosed with group 3/4 medulloblastoma (brain cancer). Several of our medical bills (6-7) went unpaid by our insurance for some reason when they were supposed to be covered and we weren't notified until we started getting the calls from medicredit. Recently, the van we have been using to transport my son with his ambulatory equipment broke down and we went into the credit union to get a loan for a new van only to find out that these bills and late payments lead to a 100 point drop in my credit score and an inability to replace our van without paying astronomical APR. Reaching out to seek help - Thank you for your time, Alex

Hi Cynthia. If you're getting calls from that number, you're likely being contacted by Medi Credit about a debt. Do you know of any debts that they could be calling you about? If you're unsure, you can request a debt verification letter from them. This will provide you with information about the debt and allow you to dispute it if you feel that it is erroneous. I would be happy to speak with you about these calls and I will be in touch to discuss how to deal with this further. Thanks, Mike

I paid my husbands hospital bill in full over a year ago, but the hospital billing department is having issues “retrieving the payment”. I have mailed and emailed them receipts, account numbers, and call logs but they sent it to collections and now it’s affecting our credit.

Hi David. If you submitted a cease and desist letter to Medi Credit that informed them to stop calling, but they continue to call, then they could be violating your rights and you may be entitled to compensation. Let's talk about this further--give me a call at your earliest convenience. Thanks, Mike

I’m getting calls from you guys saying I am owing $250. Which I already called the hospital and they said they never sent me to collections.
numerous calls with nobody on the line at odd times of the day--disgusting
This creditor contacted me asking me to verify my full name which she verified at the top of the call. I asked the agent who was the original creditor and she was not willing to provide this information. I do not have a written agreement with this creditor.
There's no reason for this debt collector to be contacting me, I'm current on all of my payments.
you called me today @ 4PM est - you notified me of an alleged debt with Doctor's Hospital, Sarasota, fl - since you have notified me you are not to call me or send emails any longer. If you do it is a violation and will be dealth with.
They call me during work and no one is there when I answer. They never leave a message either. Extremely annoying. Mail still works for some people. Send me a bill if its a debt collector don't harass me with phone calls all day while earning a living. ugh!
Medi Credit calls me through out the day and week.I have press that number to be removed and they still bother.it’s a robot that’s calling and leaving messages that I have to keep erasing bc they fill my voicemail box up
They keep calling even after telling them the account was resolved with the hospital.
I have been paying monthly. I missed one monthly and they turned me over to collections.
I keep receiving calls from a 18008232318 MediCredit or something like that and they are asking to press a number if I am not around to leave the message with someone else.
called cell phone after being asked to removed number keep getting calls
Continuously getting calls from a collection agency on behalf of Raleigh General Hospital for a charge where I was never seen by the doctor. I am trying to work with the insurance company to get this bill resolved to where I do not have to pay for it since I was never seen by a doctor. They call at least Once a week sometimes more
I'm another victim of Medi Credit robocalls.
medicredit constantly calling
Getting calls from 1-800-823-2318 - Always while I'm working !
This company constantly calls me regarding a medical bill in Arlington,Texas for a Jonathan Ziegler ! I have told them on several occasions that he doesn't reside here and to quit calling !
Medi Credit calls all hours of the day and almost everyday of the week, When you answer no one is there and when they leave a message it is an automated machine.
This number has recently started calling my phone about some collection I keep hanging up.
Hello, I have been receiving calls from 8008232318!
