I have a issue with Inventhelp and their agent Universal Payments. They took my account to collection for a service never rendered.

I was very ill with covid. As there was not a nearby VA facility, I was directed to Beaufort Memorial Medical Center.
I provided my VA Community Care authorization.
Beaufort failed to timely file with VA, and VA denied payment.
VA sent me a letter that states that because Beaufort failed to timely file that VA was not paying and that I am not responsible for the debt.
This agency is now harassing me saying that I will go to jail for theft, as I received care and need to pay the debt.

This company called me today, as I’m in line waiting for a covid test as being told I have been in contact with a positive. The lady calling was extremely rude and when I tried explaining my disputes with insurance, she cut me off, refused to listen. I don’t know who this company is, but it’s Christmas Eve. So now, on top of possible covid, which I’m cancelling Christmas plans, now I have her threatening me for over $4k that my insurance says I don’t owe. She said it’s my responsibility to get insurance to pay it, which I attempted to explain the processes I’ve gone through with billing and insurance. She refused to listen and was so rude. So thanks for making me cry on Christmas Eve. Evil company and evil workers who do not care about others. Oh, so I call back to talk to a supervisor and guess what? None available and no clue when they’ll get back to me. Surprise! So they don’t get harassed on Christmas Eve, just us poor people.

This lady name Lisa called from this number several time I answered it and like a dummy I gave my birthday to her when I ask what this was about she hung up on my . I tried to call back 2 more times and both times got hung up on
