Someone from Medical Revenue Service keeps calling to collect a bill that's been paid for months. I have receipts for the payment to the hospital locally here I've told them on the phone that it was paid and they said until they get notice they will keep on calling and threatened to send us to collections. My name is Mark javer What can we do I've called the hospital and they have to confirm with me there's no collection for get out with any collection agency I'm not even sure how this company got our information Sure what details would you like to know Check before I give you the information is this going to cost us anything Yes thank you that would be fine my name is Mark Javer my cell phone number is 941 896 2448 but if you tell me who is going to call they're welcome to call at any time. And thank you for your assistance Sarasota Florida My wife had a procedure at Venice Regional Medical Hospital when Bill was $660 which I paid over the phone with them almost immediately after the service and have confirmation letter showing payment. There was anotherbinvoice for $220 which was paid by check I have a copy of the cancelled check and have receipt from the hospital showing payment info. In addition I've called the hospital myself they confirm we are nothing and told me the invoices were never sent out to any collection agency. They also send me a $220 refund check saving that the insurance company paid more than they thought and so I was Jus a refund of 220. Awesome note The Voice was for my wife Pauline N. Javer. Since then we have been getting close from Medical Revenue Service. Who keeps threatening me everytime I tell them the bill was paid and that they should contact the hospital them self for proof. Last but not least the name of the hospital goes under Venice Regional Bayfront health!

This was a VERY rude caller!!! she would not give her whole name but I think she said that her name was Shay but she was very nasty on the phone when I asked her not to call the business office for one of our employees. She hung up on me then I called the number back and asked for the name of the company and she would not give the name of the company that she worked for or her name, then she hung up on me again. Even if someone is calling about bill collections, you do not have to be so rude and hateful. Totally unprofessional!!! How do I block this caller???

(866) 451-2582 keeps calling and no one is on the other line. I've finally quit answering when it rings, but the calls just keep on coming.
