These people start calling me at 8 am 7 days a week. It's for a Credit One Account that has been closed since 2014 but they bought the account last year. Please make them stop.

Midland Credit appears to be attempting to get me to pay a debt that was either settled many years ago or which never existed. Is not on my credit report. Calls come from everywhere to my cell phone number above. Numbers used were 855-967-7399, 616-828-4612 (ERC), 480-448-3774----other numbers have been used in past, but I have a new phone, so no record of them. Have told them to leave me alone and that I have no such debt, but they won't stop!

Midland Credit has called me probably 20 times a day from different numbers - when I answer I hear a long beep and silence; other times it's a very obvious robocall. Each time I block a number, they find a way to contact me again using a different number than the ones I have blocked. No voicemails left when I don't answer, and if I forward their call, they call back-to-back! I am getting so frustrated, because I have never heard of them (scam, maybe?) and my number is on the national do not call registry!

Midland credit. They bought an old credit card debt from Credit One Bank which was closed in 2013, but they bought in June of 2015. They have sent me mail stating they will not sue because the statute of limitations has expired but will continue to report it on my credit report and call me until they legally can’t.

They keep calling over a credit card that was supposedly my husband’s in 2014, before I knew him. They told me to pay it I said to call him and the man had the audacity to say I don’t take care of my family when they’ve called me several times and every time I say to contact my husband. My husband said he never had a Walmart credit card. I told the man that. And he said that I didn’t know him so how could I know that. Then he called me rude for arguing with him.

Hi, this number 1-855-967-7399, calls me everyday several times a day. Other numbers called too but I blocked them, may be from the same people not sure. But they willl not leave a voice mail explaining why they are calling. It's harassment. I don't know what they want. I just seen this ad saying people get settlements for companies harassing them. They are!

I get 4 calls a week. Never leaves voice mail. Everytime I block the number they call from. Robocall finds a way through the blocking by changing last two digits. I guess when I get to block 00 to 99 they will call changing last three digits of their number??

They have a very old debt, that I think is mine or my husbands. Can they still call me everyday, 10 times a day if it is past the statue of limitations? The letter states they can’t report it to credit bureau. Any advice?

I've received numerous calls frequently over the last couple years. Whenever I look up the number it's Midland. I've resorted to a 3rd party app on my phone to auto block them. But I've resorted to not answering my phone for any number because of this!

I was getting numerous calls almost every day from several different numbers from people from MidLand Credit about over a period of 2 months. They were calling my cell phone # as well as my work phone #. They persisted to call even though I told them I had no clue what they were calling about and that they were harassing me at work, which was illegal. I asked them to send me the information in writing so I could dispute it. The calls stopped until yesterday. Since then I am getting several calls each day.

I just got my first call from 855-967-7399. They have been calling me for about 3 months now from various other numbers--yesterday and the day before from 619-354-6301. I thought I got them to agree 2 months ago to discontinue calling me. They are collecting on an account I never heard of owned by a former friend of mine who apparently put my number on his account.
