I’ve been getting calls day and night from ‭+1 (607) 215-7706‬ -it’s non stop. I pay towards my loans monthly and they still harass me non stop

They call at all hours of the day or night regardless of me blocking the number. My payments are current and they continue to call. I dont have time to be harrassed by Navient when I manage my payments online so I ignore the calls.

I get calls DAILY from Navient from different numbers. It is getting ridiculous and I pay them but when one payment is late they get call happy. I tell them whenever they call that I am at work and they say that they can not mark the records to know when people are at work. It is getting to the point where I am fed up and I want to go off of them, but that wouldn't be professional.

I’ve beem contacted by Navient from a NY number at least 7 times today, and possibly more from 800 lines. It’s disrespectful. I have been unemployed and recently took a position selling insurance in attempt to make a living. I’ve not got the time at the moment to have them harassing me with calls when I’m in meetings all day with my boss and his superiors. I have a good bit of debt that I am in due to having to rely on credit cards to make ends meet. Some of those are in bad standing, but I will be working with those companies directly to resolve the debt as I’m paid in the coming weeks and months!

I ended up on your website via a google search on Navient phone calls. Even after updating my preferences online, they will not stop calling my home phone number or my cell phone number. I spoke with them today and their only option was for me to send in a cease and desist letter in order to stop the calls. If this is an ongoing case on Navient, I would like to be a part of it because the calls need to step!
