This number calls me day and night regardless of the hour and leaves no message. I have responded to it once and it appeared to be a robocall. I currently have an account with PNC bank and had an outstanding balance however even after repaying it I am still constantly getting calls.

I have no reason why PNC should be contacting me. I do have an account with them but unless they leave a voicemail there should be no reason to constantly be harassed by anyone.

I have asked reps from PNC twice now to remove my work # from their calling database and to only call my cell phone # (I don't have a phone #). However, they still call my work #, and never my cell. I had been assured before that my work # would not be called anymore, but they continue to call it.
