I got a call saying that I owe $187 from an apartment complex that I haven’t lived in over a year. The apartment complex claims that they have been sending emails/letters in the mail about the situation for the past year but I never received anything about a pending balance. My first time hearing about this was last week when I got a call from collections. I left the complex with the balance of $0 so I am confused where this new balance is coming from.

I am receiving voicemails from this number related to debt that has recently been pinged by my credit account. I would like to find out more information about where the debt is coming from without having to contact what I\'ve read is a predatory and purposely unhelpful company.

I receive countless calls from this number daily and I am now being threatened and harassed by someone saying they will find my location to sure me. they are contacting ex in laws about my where abouts. i want this to stop. it is so embarrassing. i don\'t think I owe anyone anything!! they are triggering my ptsd from my divorce with the way they are screaming at me when i answer using my exes last name.

Receiving calls constantly from PCI. I have at least 2 dozen voicemails saved. When I called and asked for the extension that keeps calling, I got stonewalled and hung up on twice.

First they left a voicemail and told me which said to
Hang up because they had my personal information. Then I answered one of their calls and it was when I asked who they were trying collect money for they wouldn’t tell me and said I owed 750 dollars for rent and I have no debt to an apartment.

We receive calls from pro collect almost daily, we skipped lease a couple years ago due to my husband getting terminated, we moved twice finding out we were not able to rent from anyone because this company is on our report which we owe 2000 dollars, I called procollect to try and set some type of payment arrangement up because we needed a place to stay and all we needed was them to say we are making arrangements and a very rude gentleman on the phone told me they could not make an arrangement we need to pay the whole amount and that’s it, so I said I did not have 2000 to give he pretty much said that was our only option, so here we are in 2020 and we are still getting calls from this company, we have their number blocked but they still leave messages

Pro Collect has been calling my phone # for almost 3 years looking for someone else...... I'm not related to nor have i ever met the person they're looking for. I have contacted them numerous times, and informed them of this error. Each time, they apologize and tell me they have removed my #. Then the calls resume a few months later.

Please dont call, i wont answer. THis 214-382-4871 number keeps calling and sometimes i listen and its asking for my dad and some collection which i believe is non existent i have even answered and spoke to an agent and have told them multiple times to stop bothering. I once said i didnt even know who they were talking about!

They make calls trying calim that I owe $80 to gexa energy 5 years back. They don't sent any actual emails or us mails and they have no proof of an actual collection. I payed it,but they refuse to provide any official document to prove the claim.

I get up to 10 calls a day, the numbers just seem to cycle from one local looking number to the next and they never leave a message. I never answer and let it go to voice mail and a number from another local town will call right behind the last one. The calls have gotten so bad that I have to silence my phone and now miss important calls.

These people have called me for about five to six years. I tell them that I am not Jack Rodgers and to please remove my number. They continue to call. Just got off of the phone with them and was hung up on. Most of the time I talk to someone from India (accent). Today it was from an African American. She was rude and hung up on me. Enough is enough. What can I do? Thank you!

214-382-4871 calls me all the time. They say we owe for damages in an apartment we use to live in but we never received anything from the apartment complex regarding a bill, except fliers for leasing specials so I know they have our current address. And when I ask for a bill or description of the money owed they say they will mail it so I give them my address and they never send me anything. Seems like a scam.
