Have gotten multiple calls from 866-615-6319. Phone rings twice and they hang up. I have received multiple calls in one day. And I work nights so their calls are waking me up just shortly after I've gotten to bed. It's really annoying. I have no clue who is calling or why but they need to stop immediately.

Hello Nicholas. Have you ever applied for a loan or used Credit Karma? This seems to be the way they find your number and if you had entered any of your contact information on their sites, you have technically entered into a business contract with them and they are permitted to call you. I get at least 3 calls from Prosper a day after I inquired about a personal loan awhile back that included multiple lenders including Prosper. I have notified them a few times to stop calling me but it still continues. I do have documentation of all incoming calls over the last few weeks and I would like for it to stop but I don’t know how to stop it.

Looked at an preapproval thru Credit Karma. now at 8am on the dot I get a call then several times throughout the day. I use my phone a lot for work and this cause issues while I am either on a call or trying to take pictures. Super annoying. They don't even leave a message. they let it ring 2 to 3 times then hang up. Not sure if they programmed their robocalls that way or if they have people making these calls.

I receive roughly 10 or more bogus calls per day I don't answer the majority of them but some call repeatedly multiple times A-day leaving multiple voicemails. A lot of these collars do claim to have all of my personal information down to my social security number and one even had the log in information to my bank account. Luckily it was in account that I have never used and I closed a mediately after getting off of the phone with them because I did verify with them just to prove that they did or did not have my information.
But I would love to stop getting 10 or more calls A-day and all these voicemails and all these people either wanting my money or wanting to give me money but all of them trying to get my information or already Do. I no longer can have my phone on anything but silent 24 hours A-day because I can't stand listening to it ring all of the time which results in me missing a very important calls emails and texts.

I have a personal loan through them for the purpose of debt consolidation. I'm working on changing my payment date. However, you can be just a day or so late and they will start calling you 3-6 (or more) times a day. They picked up my spouses contact information as well (she's not on the loan and they didn't get her information from me in the application process). They've been calling her approximately the same number of times daily. We've asked them to cease calling her and remove her from their lists and they never do anything about it and it keeps happening.
