Real Reviews From Real Clients

Exceptional Experience

Mike Bertucci handled my case professionally and successfully. Lakisha Joshua took time to understand my case with the utmost patience. Both Mike and Lakisha, in my opinion, are true assets to America’s Consumer Lawyer.

This number calls me every single day, and it’s now moved up to twice a day. I have requested multiple times for them to stop calling me! It’s getting ridiculous!

My Regions account has been overdrawn since April 2015. This year, I made a verbal payment plan agreement with one of their agents to pay $71/mo, which has been done consistently. I make the deposits at a branch, with a local teller and have all my receipts. She applies them to the collection account. I have been following the payment plan as agreed, so WHY am I getting almost daily robocalls from 205-451-0859? I do not answer them and my vm only gets a partial message.
