I have received over 15 calls from 315-849-4152 number since November 2019. In addition I have also gotten over 25 other calls from the same area code and it appears that they are all linked since Sept 2019. I looked up the numbers and the all appear to be related to PaySimons. They keep harassing me with automated messages. The calls are always around 8am-3pm eastern standard time.

Calls EVERY DAY! I told them to STOP THIS! Very ignorant!! Still calls-3 times every day! I block each phone #? THey use different numbers too! Spoofing!

I was paying Simons Agency for a hospital debt years ago. I do not even remember the amount or payment plan I was on, it was so long ago. I had multiple collectors for the same date of being hospitalized that I was paying due to an unfortunate situation. To my knowledge EVERYTHING (all of my debts) were settled in full among all of the debt collectors quite a while back.
They used to call me with a real person who I would argue with and now they call me with a robot. There are so many different numbers I keep having to block. I see "missed calls" from blocked people on my phone each day so I can see that they are calling me daily one way or the other. I often get restricted calls too. Today between 6:16am and 10:52am I got 4 restricted calls then 1 of their robot calls.
I truly do not believe I owe them a penny. I am not worried about a debt being wiped out. Nothing from them shows up on my credit to my knowledge. However, I cannot change my phone number due to the nature of my work and I also do not want to. I want them to stop calling me and I want a cash settlement for daily harassment, stress, and work interference. I have enough on my plate without them calling me nonstop.
I do not even want to be dealing with going through this process which is why I have not sooner. If it is simple and I truly am not paying anything out of pocket I will consider it. Please send me an email offer of what can be done. Thank you.

I get calls from this number non stop as well as some of the other numbers listed.
