Hi Candace. If your loan company sold your loan to SLS, you should have received paperwork from both Wells Fargo and SLS after the sale. Typically, this process should also be seamless--meaning that you shouldn't notice any changes. Unfortunately, as other consumers have reported, once SLS takes on these loans, the phone calls start and the terms that you once had seem to change. I would like to discuss this with you further and I will reach out. Thanks, Mike

Hi Gene-Paul. If you are receiving calls from SLS and you have no business with them, but they continue to call, you have the right to inform them to stop calling you. You can do so with a cease and desist letter, which I can help you with. Please give my office a call at 888-572-0176. We are experienced in dealing with SLS and we can likely help you as well. Thanks, Mike

Hi Ryan. Do you have business with SLS that they would be calling about? When they leave a number, do they ever leave more of a message? Have you ever called them back to determine why they are calling? If you need help with this, give me a call. Thanks, Mike

Hello Ryan. You are correct that the new loan servicer has to abide by the same terms as the original contract. In fact, if a loan is sold to a new servicer, you shouldn't really notice any changes at all. Did you receive new paperwork from SLS after the loan was sold? You should have received notices from your old servicer and from SLS.I would like to talk about this more with you, I will be in touch. Thanks, Mike

Hi Elized. What hours are they calling you? If it is before 8am and/or after 9pm, they are likely violating your rights and you could be entitled to compensation. I am going to give you a call to discuss this further. Thanks, Mike

Hello Denise. Do you have a loan with Specialized Loan Servicing? Have you looked into them or requested information from them at any point? If you do not have a loan with them, it could be a marketing call or they could have the wrong number. How often do they call you? If it is disruptive to your daily life, you could be entitled to compensation. I will give you a call to discuss this and get some more information from you. Thanks, mike

Hi Antonia. Have you contacted SLS back to determine why they're calling you? Are you late on any of your payments? Is it possible they're doing marketing calls? If you'd like help with determining why SLS is calling you, give me a call at your earliest convenience. Thanks, Mike

They have people show up at my property to take pictures unannounced. They have never reported my payment history to the credit bureau. They purchased my property from Wells Fargo without my knowledge.
I sold my home and I'm still getting calls. You guys need to figure your crap out over there.
I have 10 late payments they are calling me. can you help me to not lose my house?
I keep getting calls from this number regarding my loan w SLS but don't know why.
I keep getting calls from this number don’t know what they want
I keep receiving non stop calls for no reason-this is harassment!
I keep receiving repeated nonstop illegal automated phone calls/robocalls from (800) 306-6062 (Specialized Loan Servicing).
I’ve been getting callas from 800 306 6062 non stop. I believe it is specialized loan servicing. My HELOC was transferred to them by BOA and I JUST got the bill. I have 60 days to pay by law, but they call at all hours!
Just found your website because SLS called me!
Our loan was sold to this company. We have never been late. We pay before the grace period is over. Have been doing this for 20 years. Some lady on the phone told me that this was unacceptable by their terms. Told her they bought our loan and they have to go by the terms they bought. I have a 850 credit score. She said that they do not allow for grace period? I told her to stick it. Sure enough I get a robo call today. Just says " please hold" over and over again. We already mailed the payment last week. They will get it before the 16th.
I get two calls per day from different numbers that my T-Mobile service marks as "Telemarketing" and on the fof chance they leave a number it is 1-800-306-6062!

contact number 800-306-6062 continues to call. will not allow me to talk to human as I have none of the client information connected to "phone number of record" . messags informs me that it is an important business manor and that it is an attempt to collect a debt.
this is a debt collector who is attempting to collect a debt on someone else unknown to me.
Wells Fargo just changed my morgage company I believe it is the company they put my place with and they are ringing my phone consistently and no message I looked up the number and its the loan company for WHAT I do not know it's aggravating to say the least. My Mortgage is not late Wells just changed it in December The calls are horrendous.
