I have $45000.00 in credit card debt. I can explain the situation if you can help. The only person I have spoken with is Christian Debt Counselors in Florida. I would rather deal with an attorney direct than go through a 3rd party. Can you help? My name is Donald. Don't want to do bankruptcy. I have other obligations that are no problem at this time would like to leave them alone and just focus on the credit cards, is that possible!

They call us every day about 20 times a day. Our debt has been turned over to a debt consolidation company. We just ignore their calls but they harass us all the time.

I keep getting calls from an ALL zero number ... 0000000000 ... at first I ignored it but when I finally answered it ... the call is from Comenity Bank ... how is this number legal? I told them that I will not give them anything if they are going to call from an illegal number ... I will call in or log in to my account online to pay them ... they were very rude and insisted that they had my credit information & could just take the payment ... I told them no, to not charge anything that what they are doing is illegal!

I missed my payment on 1/20/19 and since that day they have called me over 14 times a day. The number doesn't often leave a voicemail. They just call everyday any time of day or night including weekends.

I was fired in April. I tried to pay when I worked one or two temporary jobs that haven't lasted. They keep adding on interest fees knowing I have not had money. Please help us all. I have a couple loans other places and same thing they add so much fees still know you are not working. Can't pay it. Thanks. They just called 8:08 pm 12/12/18

I have received MULTIPLE calls from this number each and every day. Refuse to check the voicemails they leave but I am sure its a bunch (given how many times the message on the TV says they call and leave one). Oh, and its very odd they are calling us given we got this number about 2-3 weeks ago from when we signed up with Comcast package with phone service. The same day/night we activated it, we started getting calls at all times from this "bank". So, now we are pissed at not only what ever the banks name is but ALSO Comcast!!!

I have received phone calls from 1-866-419-9370 21 times (that I have notated) in the past 6 days. They have called 4 and 5 times a day. I do have an account with Syncrony Bank and I do owe money on my credit cards but I have had a medical hardship where I cannot pay them right now. I have explained this to them numerous times and explained that I will pay them as soon as I can. The calls continue!

This 18884199370 keeps calling. They called 16 times one day. I finally blocked them but it still shows up on my call list as blocked call. I don't know who they are or what they want. Someone told me it was concerning a Care Credit Card but I don't have one of those and never have. Today they called 5 times so far. Who are they and how do I stop them from calling!

Synchrony Bank calls my number constantly although I have made arrangements to pay them. I co-signed as a secondary and was not aware that the primary was not paying the bill and they went ahead and put this negative on my credit report and continue to call be before 9 am and after 9 pm on a daily basis!

Bought a new pair of glasses and charged Care Credit. Have been able to make 2 or 3 payments and forgot last month's payment. But, now receive daily phone calls, 2 to 3 times a day from 866-419-9370. Prior to that, there were many calls from +0000000000 which I believe came from them but I put a block on that number and now receive the aforementioned number. I'm tired of this. I plan on making a payment this month but on the 26th, when it's due!
