Real Reviews From Real Clients

Exceptional Experience

Mike Bertucci handled my case professionally and successfully. Lakisha Joshua took time to understand my case with the utmost patience. Both Mike and Lakisha, in my opinion, are true assets to America’s Consumer Lawyer.

This company calls multiple times per day, through robo calls then hangs up as soon as we answer the phone. We understand that they are debt collectors bound by the FDCPA. They have disclosed personal information about my debt to my husband and vice versa (we have 2 accounts, both are individually owed with no permission to disclose). There have been days they have left 4-5 messages per day!

I told them that i would get a prepaid card bc I do not have a bank account. however, when i went to get the prepaid card, they are more expensive than a bank account. so I sent a money order. I sent it on 12 5 2017 and they have not received it. they gave me a due date on a sunday, when mail is obviously not even delivered. I called today and s/w "Eddie" Brown who sounded like he is from India. I told him that I will call again tomorrow. I lost my job in dec 2016 and had major surgery on 10/27/17 and I am now receiving temporary disability. I think I told them that they could call. My mistake. I had no idea that this company was one that calls multiple times a day. they do not leave a msg. I looked the number up on the web. I really just want to stop the calls. I sent the money, but, cannot really prove it!
