Hi Kevin. Debt collectors are not permitted to call non-stop or outside of the hours of 8am and 9pm. If they are doing so, they could be violating your rights. Let's talk more about this and the law and we can determine if you have legal recourse in dealing with them. 888 572 0176 Thanks, Mike

I opened up a Amazon card, but I never used it. Before I opened it. I ordered parking break bypass that cost 10.77 which what they are charging me for ever since august 12, I did a return on the item the 23thof august but to this date I owe 200$ for fees due to that item. But I have nothing to pay them for becuase I paid for the item I received it and I returned and got my money back. There shouldn’t be no money in between.

I had an amazon charge card and made all myt payments on time. I made an early payment and even though I did it electronically and it was suppose to go through immediately, they took over a week to process it and by that time, other bills had come out and the payment was declined. So instead of asking me to resolve this and arrange another payment, they closed my account and call me 4 or 5 times a day to get me to make a payment, saying I'm a "valued customer" which is obviously a lie, since they closed my account without adequate reason.

They've called my phone more than 6 times a day. From 8am to 9pm. This is unacceptable and complaints have been filed. Looking for someone who isn't at the number

I have been paying on 10k of debt from Amazon my exwife piled on forever. 6 years now. I recently had some financial trouble, and I have told them I am unable to pay at this time, and they are calling 20 times a day. They are asking for 1000 a month for 48 months. I have paid this off over and over, yet they keep on raising the fees and ruining my credit.

Hello! I have been receiving multiple calls a day from: ‭+1 (913) 242-3730‬ (Synchrony Bank), ya this point I would consider it harassment - they’ve called 5 times in one day from 8am to 8pm. It’s excessive to the point we’re I’ve had to silence my cell phone during the day just so my phone isn’t constantly going off. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, with not a single voicemail left. I’ve taken screenshots of their most recent calls/times as a ‘paper trail’, I was about to block their number all together until I came across your website and figured it may be helpful to document the frequency of this harassment moving forward. I’m best by call in the late afternoon/early evening, I look forward to speaking with you! - April
