Been dealing with them for some time over an extension that was never documented during the holidays. I was told it was approved but they say I was misinformed since account was too new. This is my third loan with them. Been a nightmare this time. I made payment over the phone and also via my banks bill pay to over the January payment , two payments in February were made one via debit card over the phone when January was nsf due to $5 shortage in my account. Second was made via bill pay. March was paid by bill pay as well. Now this number is calling me about the extension payment which I paid as well amount representative requested

SETF called claiming a payment was not made on 10/12/2022 at 5:41PM. The payment was made on my vehicle 10/22/2022 at 6:54AM. The representative named Megan then asked rudely for my conformation code and address for the payment made. This is not the 1st time this company has done this to me.

Hi Jennifer. Is it possible they are looking for someone else when they're calling? Debt collectors are permitted to contact friends and family when they're looking for someone. I have been getting calls from this number. I purchased a vehicle with Toyota Dealership in Tampa Fl and the bank financing me is Ally Auto, I signed up to make payments , I made my first payment to them then for some reason the account appeared in 0 and that it was paid in full, today I get a letter from Toyota Finance stating I’m behind my payments. So where did my first payment go? I was supposed to make my second payment on the 7th. I’m confused now.

Getting calls from 1800553264. My car payment was due on March 19th. They called my cell twice on April 5th. I paid them. I was late for April so they called my cell again once on May 6th and then again on the 7th. I paid them today!
