Transworld System continues to call me for debt collection. I have never confirmed my name, address, or date of birth. They do not identify themselves as a credit collector. They only say they are calling regarding a business manner concerning Hillcrest Collection Agency. (It\'s a collection agency for the Medical Center (hospital) in Bowling Green, KY). I\'ve played with them a bit without confirming my identity. I do not answer their questions. They do not answer mine. They get frustrated and hang up but then call again a few days later. After tonight\'s call, I suspect my \"account\" will escalate to a more experienced collection agent. They want me to confirm my P O Box #. I have not had a P. O. Box in Kentucky in over 22+ years. They want my address. They obviously do not have it as I have never received any letter or any notice by mail. I invited them to report whatever debt they claim to have to the credit bureau and then I will address it. The rep gave some reasons why it hasn\'t been reported and why they cannot do that. There is no entry referencing Transworld Systems or TSI or my credit report. There are no negative entries on my credit report. When I researched Transworld Systems, Google returned your law firm information. I am writing for this reason. I can send a cease and desist letter myself but I wondered going forward if there is any way my (expected harassment) can help the people you represent. I lived in Bowling Green until 1999 and I was a patient and home health patient through the Medical Center. Then I lived outside of Kentucky until 2015. I now live in Bowling Green again. I can\'t imagine that I had an unpaid balance when I moved away in 1999 but even if I did, the time limitations have passed. I have been back in town for seven years but have never been a patient of the Medical Center or any affiliate of the Medical Center since returning to Kentucky. I believe this collection agency bought some very old paper or has crossed my very common name with someone else. Before I address this myself, I thought I would inquire. If this information is not helpful to any case you are pursuing or if you believe my frustration is premature (not having been harassed enough yet), just disregard it. I appreciate any input you might have. Thanks so much!
