i’m not sure on why this number keeps calling me (866)856-6729. when looking up about it, it brought me to your website. just trying to figure out how to make them stop calling me everyday, i’ve only had to pay off a debt for a medical bill once and i havent been to a doctors since so not sure on what they want.

Transworld called me on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 9:02 AM Pacific Time. I missed the phone call. I do not want to receive such phone calls anymore, because I do not know whether I have a debt with this company, and if I do, I have no clue whether the debt is justified or not.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the care I received at Kettering Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, on February 10, 2023. My experience during this visit was distressing. I was informed by a hospital financial manager that, due to my financial situation, I qualified for financial assistance from the hospital, and my bills would be covered. However, I was surprised to receive a bill of $700 for the medical services provided during my visit. I promptly emailed the hospital to seek clarification and was told that I did not have any outstanding balance. I have evidence of this communication. Recently, I was contacted by a collection agency, informing me that my balance was sent to them for a medical service I received on February 10th. This situation is both perplexing and distressing, as it directly contradicts the information I received from the hospital. I sent an email to the hospital to seek resolution a few days ago, but the response I received was unclear and unhelpful. I am currently residing outside of the United States and do not have the ability to receive international calls. Therefore, I kindly request that any communication regarding this matter be directed to my email address: [email protected]. I believe I have taken all the necessary steps to address my concerns and rectify this situation. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of care I received, the conflicting information regarding my bill, and the involvement of a collection agency. I used to have AT&T phone service but it stopped working, I was working from home and it would say I have full service but then when I would try to call out it would say there is no service and it turns out the tower where I live was having issues, with Covid a lot of people moved here and they couldn\'t handle the additional customers so service dropped all the time. I found out that I was missing a ton of calls and texts because I did not have service but I would never know when I did not have service since it would say I had service until I tried called out and even when it would say I had service I could not receive incoming calls and texts. This was a HUGE problem because I was working from home and I had no indication that I missed a call or text until that person reached out to me by other means and asked why I hadn\'t responded yet. I still have no idea how many calls and texts I missed, I could have permanently lost business from people who thought that I knew they messaged and they just thought I never messaged back when in fact I never received the message. Whenever I called AT&T to complain they said that the tower was having issues but that it was being upgraded and my service would be working normally again soon (they would usually say it would be working the next day or within the next hour). This NEVER happened, service continued to only occasionally work so I switched services. After I switched they sent me my final bill and I told them that I would not pay it because my service was not working. When Transworld first reached out to me I told them all of this and they said they would look into it but still continue to call. I tried calling AT&T and they said I need to settle it with Transworld which they don’t want to do. This is on my credit report but I did not have properly functioning services during this time and I refuse to pay for a services that I did not receive.

Received a call today from 866-858-6729 @ 4:41 PM EST from an African American woman who asked to speak with Lorenzo Dixon Jr. I did not tell her that it waw me. She refused to tell me what company she was calling from. I asked her twice and she said \"it\'s a personal business matter\". I flat out tild her that if she refuses to identify herself, I would not identify myself. I told her that according to the FCC her company is supposed to identify themselves and that she is not supposed to cold call and expect me to tell her personal information about myself. Her response was \"according to our company policy we don\'t identify ourselves until we know who we\'re speaking with\". So I hung up on her! Other people have reported that this number is attached to a company named Transworld so I presume it\'s the same one you detailed on your website. I presume you\'d know better than me!

I have repeatedly tried cancelling security services from ADT, first by refusing an upgrade to 5G service in February of 2021, then by disputing charges to my credit card 3 months later. I\'ve sent back invoices with \"please cancel\" notices on them each month. I\'ve received two account deactivation request forms, filled them out and returned them -- and still no request has been honored. I\'ve tried calling, only to be on hold for a half hour or more with no one answering the call. In July, I managed to reach a human, only to be transferred to someone else who obnoxiously told me she could cancel service as of July 1 --- but that I still owed the outstanding balance, even though the service has not been activated from my control panel. At that time, the invoices stopped showing up monthly -- and about a month ago, collection calls began. They get trapped by RoboKiller on my mobile phone, and I have gotten NO written notices from TransWorld. Please advice.

The number will call 4- 5 times a day. Says its a Spam Risk will try to answer other end hangs up and calls right back this goes on for 4 times then it stops for a couple of hours then it starts again.

I got a call from Tsi +1 (866) 858-6729 they allegedly told me that they can help me pay for my violation 34 dollars without interest which is 400 dollars I said ok but give me more details they were able to provide me with violation number , place and date and also my full name and home adress therefor I felt comfortable to pay the violation without interest. I provided the credit card if I over the phone and confirmed the amount 34 and they agent names Samir confirmed yes but one second later I received text from the bank for suspicious activity for 434 dollars if I would like to authorize it and while I was still on the phone with the agent I requested him to clarify why he charged 434 instead of 34 only he said it was must be a mistake I hung up and reported them to my bank
