TXU Energy is calling my home 5- 7 times daily. I do not even have them for electric service I am on the National Do Not call list and I have asked them several times to stop calling. And have gone a step further to block the number. They just call from a different number

I get calls from TXU at least 10 times a day. I’ve switched service providers recently because Energy bill Monthly was literllaly 3x higher than I’ve ever paid living here, including the first year when I was with reliant. 3 TIMES HIGHER!!! insane! Tired of the harassment by these people that basically scammed my wife and I out of hundreds of dollars. Anything I can do to see to it that the consumers that made the mistake of going with this BS greedy energy company have a chance to push back against them and hopefully see justice prevail, well count me in!

Good Afternoon, This number has been calling me daily for weeks harassing me to contact them regarding an important matter. They went against their own terms and conditions by automatically rolling me over from a contract that expired, to another contract, when per their terms and conditions, should have been rolled over to a "month-to-month" plan. They admitted to it being a "glitch in the system/representative from their company error." They have been calling sometimes a couple times per day!

Good Afternoon,
This number calls me several times per day harassing me telling me I need to contact them about important information trying to collect on a past due payment. Another issue with this company, is they illegally transferred me from the plan I was on when it expired to a contract, which per their terms and conditions, they were supposed to transfer to a "month-to-month" plan, and they admitted to a "glitch/representative" issue which caused this, so the billing and amounts they are trying to charge shouldn't be correct. Either way, they harass me daily calling from 855-750-3260.
