Hi Paula. Debt collectors are permitted to call you between the hours of 8am and 9pm in your time zone. Even so, they cannot call you excessively. If they do, they are violating your rights. My law firm can help you to get these calls to stop, I will give you a call to discuss how. Thanks, Mike

Hi Jacquelyn. What type of request did you give United Collection Bureau? Did you send a registered letter? That is really the best way to do so as you will have a paper trail in the event that they continue to call after the fact. Let's talk more about this and your other rights under the FDCPA. Thanks, Mike

Hi Colton. Do you possibly have any debts that United Collection Bureau could be calling about? If you're unsure, it is possible to request a debt validation letter from them to confirm that the debt is legitimate. I can help you with this--just give us a call to discuss your situation in further detail. Thanks, Mike

Hi Donald. If United Collection Bureau is calling you excessively, they could be violating your rights. How often are they calling? What times are they calling? If you have a call log of the calls, you can send it over to my office at michael@agrusslawfirm.com and I can review them, then give you a call about your options. Thanks, Mike
