I have received numerous phone calls from United Health Care over the past 7 years regarding their "House Care Program". I have told them I do not want them sending a nurse to my home to evaluate my healtth, that I see my doctors and specialists on a regular basis since my injuries in 2010 and 2015. No matter how many times I have asked them to stop calling (I have even requested this to the CEO in writing), they still continue to cal. They imply that, if I do not allow them to come and evaluate me that this may jeopardize my disability healthcare. Oddly enough, my coverage with them, and my evaluations with the SSA (and benefits) have been downgraded, and I am suspicious they may be relaying false information to the SSA, Currently my SSA disability benefits have dwindled, and costs have increases through UHC to where I am barely making it anymore. I am a former executive of Sonepar, the world's largest privately-held company; after getting hit by a truck in 2010 and losing my job at Sonepar in 2010, and violently attacked in 2015, it seams that UHC (it, and through Optum in Arizona where I live, and by squeezing my providers) are running me into the grave. I have received so many call from UHC since 2011 about this home evaluation program, and I keep telling them no; they keep pushing and pushing and it is very stressful, as I am trying to recover from life threatening injuries, seizures, etc. It has been an awful nightmare and I have lost everything (home, job, marraige), and now live with friends or shelters, whatever I can do. And I am constantly feeling under the threat of UHC threatening me with wanting to come to my home and do a health evaluation. I just received a call 15 minutes ago from 8662458747 and 4434922801 from this guy with an accent; and he is not nice. I cannot deal with this and under my current circumstances he makes me feel like I am going to have my insurance cancelled!

They call constantly. I have a primary care physicians and have told them I DO NOT NEED them to come to my home. They call anyway way.

I still keep getting calls from this number 866-245-8747 wanting me to change my Humanna plan. I called hummana and they said they dont do that I was called by one of your staff and she was most helpful!

They keep calling me and I said I already have a good prescription plan. They call me at least 2 to times a week
