OnProcess states they are contracted with Verizon and uses Verizon logo. They demand you send them your Verizon equipment that yoy use to have verizonn service. Verizon told me several times they are a scam and fraud. Today OnProcess used the US mail to send me a letter to fraudulantly get the equipment from me. I called onprocess at 1-866-486-9758 and told them verizon admitted they have no contract with them. That they have used the US mail now to perpetrate the fraud. I have the post marked envelope with verizon C/O Onprocess. I reported it to verizon as well but they seem not to care if customers give there equipment away to people unrelated to them. On proces uses a return mail address on their envelope as Verizon Fios, C/O On Process technology, 200 Homer Ave, Ashland Mass, 01721. I saved the letter and envelope to prove the mail fraud.

Same story. Verizon. Returned rented equipment at UPS store as instructed. Got text confirming equipment returned. Few days later these calls started coming from 866-486-9758. Purporting to be from Verizon. Shown as Robo calls in my phone. Saying boxes will be coming to return equipment. No boxes ever. I have received no less than 5-6 of these calls.

I keep getting calls from Verizon and looked up their number and it took me to this site. Verizon's Robo Calls keep calling me!

My name is tom. I ended my verizon fios and returned equipment and ai was sent letters from collection that it was not received despite getting text from verizon fios themselves that everything was received!

1 (866) 486-9758‬ Called me, and harassed. Telling me If I had returned the equipment, but I wasn’t aware that I to returned it since 2 month prior we ,Verizon) made an agreement that allowed the account to be frozen for 8 months, free of charged. So I was completely confused about this call and The way that man talked to me made me feel very confutable. He even refused to give me his name. Telling that he was going to force me to send back the epuiptment, without allowing the opportunity to comprehend when I told him I was unaware of the situation, hence the agreement. So I ask for an explanation but he just kept pushing his “have you returned it no I’m going to force you...” and talked to me all sorts of nasty, he said they record all their conversation at the beginning of it. You have to hear this one. It just took place today on 11/24/18 at 10:58 am. I do appreciate you for reading my case. - Jimmy!

I am being harassed by this company about not returning equipment to Verizon. I am not a customer of theirs and never was a customer of theirs. I would like these calls stopped by this foreign company that can't speak ENGLISH, this is the USA not some foreign gook country. I am contacting the State Attorney General's Office in PA and I will file a law suit against Verizon and the result will only be that that company must Closeup and sell off all assets to pay me plus more and I will make sure their employees never be able to have a job again unless all their pay comes to me . I am sick and tired of these harassment calls and they must stop now. I get at least 3 a day 6 days a week.

i am being harassed by 3rd party collection for verizon for equipment not returned despite having a receipt. and i also am current customer of verizon. Verizon has spoken to them as well letting them know equipment was return on several occations yet they continue to send letters and call!
