Definitely would want to speak to someone if this is true. I have been receiving tons if calls from that number at 3 just this week. I’ve already tried working with the dealership i got a busted car from. Well Fargo said I can’t pursue lemon law. I told them the car is not worth the loan. I wouldn’t be able to pay for it. They’d tarnish my credit and put it in charge off. Any advice ?

I was sold a lemon at a dealership and i had it not quite 5 months and the engine gave out and it was going to cost about 6K to fix and my balance to them was 8k. it was a used car and we had already had replaced brakes and car light and then the engine gave out. I called them and told them I was giving them the car back and they came and picked it up. They sold it for a little over 2K and now want me to pay like 7K. They told me the dealership said it was sold as is so they were not responsible for selling me a bad car. They called once and asked for payment but I told them they had the car and I wasn't going to pay the balance they want me to pay. So now they are calling about once a week.

Hello, I. The past I had to let several credit cards and a vehicle go as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Much of the debt is now with MDS Associates who calls often and sends texts weekly. Wells Fargo still calls me often. There is another few companies and collectors who call as well. I used to keep track of the calls in 2017-2018. Being at work so much it was hard to answer the calls every time. I had one law firm help me keep track of the calls and at the time the debt was still with lots of companies. Now it’s been bought by 3-4 companies so easier to keep track of the calls.

I financed a car with Wells Fargo it was totaled in a accident in April 2018. Wells Fargo settled with the insurer. The insurer agreed to let me keep the car as part of the settlement. Wells Fargo is now threatening to repo the car for an unpaid balance remaining. Please advise if they can repo the car after settlement!

I totalled a car and the insurance made a settlement agreement with Wells Fargo. Now they keep calling me and not leaving messages. The other day they added $1600 collections to my credit report. This is crazy!
