I am getting calls from Midland Credit on an ancient debt I cannot afford.
These calls have now as of today extended to my job.
I am also getting calls from Wells Fargo on debt.
Wells fargo keeps calling me but not leaving voicemails. I said before I can\'t pay and to not call me again but they are.
My Wells Fargo account was hacked and was charged many payments that were not authorized by me and now that debt is being sent to me, I reported it but nothing was done . And now they keep calling and calling to pay that debt.
I had a Well Fargo account. It had auto pay for some bills on it like most people do with bills. I lost my job last April and ran out of money. However I forgot to stop one auto pay and it defaulted to like $239.00. They started calling then and I advised them of my situation. They did not care. I filed a complaint on their website about how they kept calling and I told the person the exact same thing, that I was not employed and could not pay at the time. They eventually stopped calling. That was over 6 months ago.
Fast forward to now, I have finally secured a job, but have not started yet. Now, I am getting called again. I have not answered and they do not leave a voice mail. I had to look the number up on Google and found it who it was. Even if I do answer I would tell them the same thing. Also, they did close my account after I pleaded with them not to, so when I do get a job I could use my account again. I just cant pay them now and they really need to stop calling.
Wells Fargo has been calling me for the past 2 years everyday and I don’t even think I owe them money.

I keep getting threatening calls from these folks. They keep citing they will come find me at me work, and cause me harm, etc. When they call me they keep leaving threatening voicemails saying I will be found, pay us or else. Moreover, I tried reasoning with them, by paying them the $700 since I was out of the country, but somehow they decided to charge me close to $4000 for fees, etc. which is totally unethical. The state of Colorado passed a law in January 2024 citing banks, payday loans cannot over charge Coloradans for loans, etc.
So many calls. Please Stop Them
Wells Fargo approved overdraft payments while there were no funds in the account. I will not accept this debt! Remove me from your call list.
Despite the fact that I had a debit account opened with Wells Fargo and the conditions were set to “decline transactions if insufficient funds”, They proceeded to allow certain subscriptions (that I had already cancelled with proof) to overdraft my account and then charge me an overdraft fee daily for weeks on end. I’m a college student, I really do not have the money or time to be financially abused by this bank
My account got shut down a few years ago and I have this number call me everyday I’m not sure how to handle it
A person got into my Wells Fargo account and put 2 fake checks into my account and stole 1200 from me and then took 2000 something from Wells Fargo. There now trying to make me pay them back the 2000 and are insinuating that I did it. We’ve made multiple claims with them and disputes which they’ve already said aren’t valid. We’ve also made a police report to try to dispute them because they’ve now are threatening my credit. I’m not being called by a unknown number which I’ve now come to find out is a Wells Fargo debt collector. I don’t know what to do they stole all my money and want more from me.
Wells Fargo closed my account due to over draft fee's. I was not working at the time and requested an extension but from the looks of it my account was closed and sent to collections. I spoke in person with a bank staff and they said due to the new over draft fee's I would possibly qualify for some fee's to be removed. help please.

Hi Gerardo. Debt collectors are permitted to call between 8am-9pm, seven days a week. If they go outside of this time, they may be violating your rights. Hi Ashley. Did you get a final payment on the closed account from Wells Fargo? You're correct, they should not have let you open a new account if there was an old account on arrears, so it sounds like there is some confusion on their part. On October 20th I went to Wells Fargo and opened a new account. I had to pay my old account off that was closed with a negative balance. I paid the complete balance in order to open my new account. Otherwise I would not of been able to open the new account. Now they are calling me claiming I owe $115 dollars on a closed account that was taken care of on October 20, 2021.
They call 5x a day, and when I pick up to speak with them I am hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Wells Fargo closed my account out because a client I was working for wrote me bounced checks . No money was every withdrawn against the checks but my account was closed all my cards were deactivated including credit cards . Wells Fargo put my account into the negative weeks later after it was closed . It’s been almost a year and they call me over and over and over hang up don’t say anything then when they do speak . They just start off by speaking my personal information into the phone without even checking if it’s me they are talking to . They are borderline harassing me for chargers 125$ on a account that was closed out
Calls everday the call log I have of them calling between march and July is over 100times if a voice mail is let it's of no one speaking I can just hear someone breathing and sniffing on the other end I'm not a wells fargo account holder something needs to be done about who ever is behind this number.

Wells has called between 2 and 4 times daily for about 18 months. I asked them to stop as I do not believe I owe them the bill they say I owe. I have been told the calls would stop but they have not.

I keep on getting a call from 1-877-647-8552 almost every day without leaving any messages. I never pick up a phone with a number I don’t know unless they leave a message for me to call back. But, they keep on calling like 2 or 3 times a day and it’s annoying. I understand I owe some money and my bank is overdrawn but right now I don’t have a job due to COVID-19. I am in the process of looking for a job. I just need this number from wells fargo to stop calling. I need to work on getting back on my feet. Please stop Wells Fargo from calling every single day.

Keep calling every single day
They call me 1-2 times everyday. It's really annoying. Sometimes from different numbers too.
They call me 10 times a day and call my old job. I cannot remove myself from their calling list and cannot block their calls as they call with different numbers.
I have been getting calls from that Wells Fargo number everyday or every other day for about a year or a little over a year now.
It's gotten to the point that, I actually blocked the number.
However, it still shows up on my call log taking up memory space on my phone.
I'm pretty much frustrated.
Is there anyway that, I can be compensated for this and the calls can be stopped?

I get several calls from Wells Fargo number 877-647-8552. I never answer them, but I get them often. I was recently homeless, so my account went overdrawn over a year ago. I will file bankruptcy once I have enough attorney fees, but for now I'm just trying to get back on my feet.
Wells Fargo will not stop calling me. they even call me at work. iIt's to the point where I told them there's no one here by that name, although it is me talking to them. this will affect my work. I never answer then on my cell phone. I just want them to stop calling me. What do you guys do about a situation like these? So it is possible that you guys can pay me $1000.00 to settle this?

Like really? It's the same message every time, the first time I answered and pressed the button it just hung up on me, it's annoying as heck and I've blocked the number so my phone won't ring anymore and all they can do is leave me voicemails. I'm tired of deleting so many voicemails...

Just about every single day I get a call from them. I had to put a block on the numbers.
Keeps calling this number and 206-432-0148. I get calls with no message left, texts to the latter asking if I want to transfer money from Wells Fargo, when I have never had a Wells Fargo account. I think I received a Robo call on credit card balances, but not sre. I get so many calls, even thought I am on DNC list...
8776478552 Wells Fargo - they continually call all day -7-8 times a day, even though I have repeatedly requested that they send correspondence to me in writing via USPS. Even when I do answer the phone, I get a "Hello? Hello? and the phone is disconnected. They start calling at 8 AM and often call after 8 PM, when I am asleep (I get up for work at 4 AM.) I am a veteran with service-connected disability, only someone from Military Banking should be calling me, not the constant robocalls.

Using mobile banking and/or obtaining current balances from the actual atm (the method used to ascertain balance on date of particular incident) I made a deposit And was in the positive for the day with a few things pending but they should’ve been deducted from available balance. Wells Fargo put the days transactions through in an order that did not take place, but benefited them. My sift app showed the real time flow of transactions. I don’t owe them ANY money. They knowingly and purposefully sought to extort money from me after banking w them for the better part of a decade and now will not stop calling me. What is my avenue of recourse? The number 877-647-8552 has been calling at least three times a day for four months or so. I owe Wells Fargo around 200 dollars, but they have yet to leave a message to settle this matter. I consider this harassment and want the calls to stop. I didn't realize that I could receive compensation for this situation!
I get calls from this phone number daily at least 5x a day in fact. I haven't had an account with Wells Fargo since 2015 and I cancelled my account because they were trying to charge me for fees that I had corrected. They now will not leave me alone I get multiple phone calls daily after I've said to them they need to stop calling. It was so bad that they were calling me 10+ times a day at one point.

I am a single mother of five from London. I was with Wells Fargo Private bank where you have to have at least a million dollars in a brokerage account with them. My husband was also from the UK. He left me for an American friend of mine, they ran the business down and diverted the funds, after the divorce I lost my legal status as my husband was revoked, he married his mistress and was able to stay here. Wells Fargo have me a by invitation card which I used for legal fees etc and they are now suing me for this. I have made then two offers to pay it gradually, via Naderpour and Associates their attorney, as I am legally unable to work until September at least when status is approved. My ex husband does not pay child support or alimony and this is my sixteent month with no income for myself and the five boys. I have survived with help from kind families and friends in my area who know my situation. The offers I made to Wells Fargo were refused and they continue to come after me for a judgment. I do not have abutting to give them and they are without a shred of sense or decency. I was served and they will not stop into they have the only thing I own in the world, a minivan. Not exactly rock n roll. They have had upwards of 15 million from me during the eight years I was a wealthy customer before my divorce. They call me multiple times a day from this number and don't even say anything. I receive around 16 call from "Wells Fargo". Something the call drop off. And something someone ask for me and want l said the knowledge, the hanging up. I don't for what they call me.
Someone sent me a check to pay for a piano. I went to the bank cashed it got the money and sent it for the transportation fee. Shortly after Wells Fargo closes the account and is asking for the amount of the check plus the money that was already in the account. Turns out it was a scammed check doesn't make any sense to me how a financial institution that deals with situations like this everyday can put it all on the customer plus more when they should know much better about a scam check than the uninformed account holder. They shouldn't of cashed it but they did and now want to claim liability plus more and won't stop calling.
Number has called several times since closing my account a couple weeks ago, escalating to the point where I get 3 or 4 calls a day.
My husband transferred money from his USAA account to my Wells Fargo account when he was deployed. He had sent the wrong amount to mine so he tried to stop payment so he could send the right payment, but I had already taken the amount out without communicating with my husband first. So, instead of letting me deposit my money back into my account, the said it was fraudulent and then confiscated the money I had left in my account and closed my account. They now constantly call me saying that I owe THEM money after they refused to let me make a deposit AND after closing my account. This bank is horrible!

This number calls multiple times a day. Never leaves a message because it rarely waits for voicemail. It barely gives you time to answer and when you do, they hang up on you. It's been going on forever. I now answer every time because I know it will hang up. Harassing to say the least. Poor business practice.

Hi, the phone number 877-647-8552 calls me multiple times per day. I’m talking absolute harassment. It’s the Wells Fargo overdraft department apparently, for which I had a fraudulent account opened and they are aware of that. Yet they call day and night, every single day. If there’s something you can do to help me, please let me know. I’m on the Do Not Call Registry and I do not feel that I should put up with this. They’re literally causing me mental anguish. This number calls me religiously, non stop 4-6 times a day, never leaves a message. I’ve not had an account with Wells Fargo for well of 8 years. If they perhaps would leave a message inquiring as to what they are calling for maybe, just maybe I might be a nice person and help them. Instead they are pushing me to my wits end.
