When I check my voicemail I have over 15 to 30 messages from why not lease per day in regards to responding to customer care satisfaction! There are so many voicemails that I cannot get to the voicemails that I need to hear because they eventually fill up my messages or inbox until it's full. I blocked the calls from my cell phone but I continue to get a million voicemails a day and it's extremely annoying and devastating to know that I am not getting important messages due to these harassing robot calls!
I have been getting multiple calls a day from 18885421146 for months now. I cant stop it and its filling up my voicemail by the week!
They are calling me up to 5 times a day, if not more. I am current on my lease agreement, even spoke with them today July 5th 2019 to confirm and they still keep calling me.
I have already paid off my product. When I called to try and discuss that with them, they told me none of my payment goes toward the fridge and that I am paying them to use the item. I said no, I am paying toward the fridge and owe you nothing now. If they want the fridge back, they will have to refund everything I have paid plus!
Have debt my account twice and three times on the same payment saying I still owe same payment
Why Not Lease It. I have received 6 calls from 888-542-1146 within the last hour. When I answer-no one is there. I had a lease agreement that has ended. They overbilled me based upon my lease and continue to attempt to bill. I have called them three times, and sent 2 emails. The harassment continues.
I have contacted whynotleaseit. But they continue
To call my cell phone number repeatedly. They and the company that talked me into a product from them lied to my family. They claimed after five months the product would be mine if I paid on it. I did pay but once I called they claimed I was only borrowing it. The other company has denied any responsibility and I have informed whynotleaseit that if they want their product all they have to do is come to my home and get it.
Why not lease it calls me 10-20 times a day. It's not stop. I used them through Sears for some tools. When my 1st payment came through they processed my card twice which resulted in a double payment and even then they said I didn't make my payment. I told them I want to return the items and they said only If Sears would take them back.
This is suppose to be a lease company that allows you to return the items or pay off. I have all of their call records saved and screenshot.
Debt collection robo calls. I get these 3 or more times per day and it is a robo call about a customer service survey.
“To participate in a brief we question survey please stay on the line thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience today with our customer care Center your satisfaction is important to us with the customer care representative you spoke with today able to address all of your needs to answer yes press one to answer no press ___________ customer care representative you spoke with today able to address all of your needs to answer yes press one to answer no press two…”
Receive 3-4 calls daily... tried to return item on lease and was told could not until October
Never talk to me just leave messages 2 to 3 times a day
I do not owe ANYONE money and I am SICK and tired of this company calling my house after 9.00 PM at night when we have a disabled son.
