I received a lawsuit from Zwicker and Associates for Discover Card debt for $10,213.49. In the served lawsuit it indicates I have to appear in court on 7/23. I have not received anything in written from them or warning of this. The last communication I received regarding this was from Discover, when the account defaulted. Please let me know if there are any options. Thanks, as I have had great experience working with Arguss in the past.
