I have my vehicle a 2013 BMW 328i covered under Alpha warranty. The warranty terminates on August 2022. My vehicle broke down on me on April 20 2022 on a toll road while driving to work. I had it towed to a BMW dealer. My car has been there for 2 weeks now. Alpha has been slow walking the process saying things like they need pics of the damage and when they did receive the pics they would say they need video then they would say they didn't recieve it so dealer would send it again. Then they said that they needed teardown pics of the damage. This all stretched out 2 weeks. I had to rent a car just to get to work. When Alpha finally say they got everything they need they then said to give them 24-48 hours to review it and to come up with answer. It took them 72 hours. I called them on day 3 and was told they denied my claim because my car was over 100,000 miles but they are willing to cover the teardown cost.

Purchase 2015 Hyundai Sonata from a dealership (not Hyundai) with a dealer warranty of 30 days or 1000 miles and a warranty through Alpha Warranty Services. After driving the vehicle more than 30 days but less than 1000 miles, the car "went into limp mode" alongside the highway. Had it towed to Hyundai of Ocala, FL. We were told the car was part of the recall (class action about the engine) but claim was denied because we had no "maintenance records" from previous owner (from 30k-80k miles) other than an oil change done by the dealership we purchased the vehicle from. Hyundai reached out to the extended warranty company and they denied the claim because of the sludge. We contacted the dealership and they advised us to take the car to a different Hyundai dealership and they would be able to help us but yet again were told vehicle would not be covered under Hyundai class action. We did not get an inspection prior to purchasing

While out of town, the drive line under my 2009 Dodge 1500 just fell down and was dragging on the ground. I had the vehicle towed to the nearest Dodge dealer for determination of the issue. It was determined that a part of the driveline that connects the Drive Axel to the Rear Differential had a nut that had failed, which caused the rear end to fall into itself and seize up. Alpha Warranty company has denied the repair claim, indicating that the policy specifically does not include a nut failure, so the claim is denied out of hand. I have requested the written denial, but have to date not received that denial. When I call to request the forms for an appeal, I am told that they will not send out any information regarding an appeal since the company has denied the claim. My specific complaint is that the Drive Axel and rear end are covered in the warranty and it seems that Alpha Warranty company is using vague excuses to not cover the repair. Also that when I request an appeal packet from the company, my request is denied.
