I have asked American Credit Acceptance for a notarized account ledger, and I was offered a customer transaction history. I want the account ledger. They’ve ignored my request, and gone around what I have asked for. I know I have a right to it. I took out a loan from drive Arizona cars in January of 2021 and my contract was sold to American Credit acceptance in March of 2021 I contact ACA just to be ignored in regards to months and months of statements they will not provide to me . i have been contacting them on this matter for 4 months. i noticed that they are reporting payments that are totaling a 1000.00 plus dollars to all my credit bureaus but on my account with them they are missing those payments. they have purposely done payment reversals just to accrue late charges towards me. in november of 2022 i paid 3850.00 payment to them and at the time I had owed 461.00 in late late fees and instead of paying the late fees and applying the rest to my principle and interest they did not apply part of the 3850.00 to my late payments which in Nov 2022 my pay off amount was around 2800. 00now its back up to 3107.00 because of these late payment fees that have accrued since then. my interest rate is 24.99 percent. do I have a fighting chance to sue this company. I am a low income Army veteran that receives disability compensation for ptsd and back problems . please let me know if I have a chance to sue this company . thank you

Paid off my car in March and hadn\'t received my title. Called to see what happened and they told me I was over 90 days past due and I\'m like how when I JUST paid my car off. For these last 5 months I haven\'t heard anything from them, and this past Friday, my truck was repossessed. I made payments in July and August. When I went to make a payments in September, I\'m still just paying the discounted rate, because I still haven\'t heard anything from them, no even in the mail. No updates, no bills to see what I needed to pay now. No phone call, just like they were avoiding me. The last time I talked to them was in June, to a Customer Service Representative. This was the last time I heard anything, and I called them then. This company just don\'t care about nothing or the customers they deal with and everything, especially now around the holidays, have really been stressful and hard now, especially with no transportation. Everything could easily been resolved in June before all this happened. I was willing to work everything out with them, but since they made mistakes, I\'m suffering.
