They keep calling me about a debt from a card from a few years ago which I don\'t understand because I can look at my 1st premier card app and see that I am current and they also just issued me a new credit line. If I owe them money why would they give me more credit cards. I have already asked them to cease and desist and to send me anything they want to talk about through mail. Yet they\'re still calling.

Hello Camille. Debt collectors are permitted to call you between the hours of 8am and 9pm in your time zone. If you have a record of the calls being outside of this timeframe, you may be entitled to compensation for your rights being violated. I would like to speak with you in more detail, give me a call. Thanks, Mike

Hi Andreia. It's really eye opening when you realize how far debt collectors will go to get you to answer their calls. They are not permitted to pretend to be anyone else when calling, if they have done so, it could be a violation of your rights and you could be entitled to compensation. If you have some free time, I'd like to speak with you about these calls. My office number is 888-572-0176. Thanks, Mike

First Premier is calling me from1-866-890-3387, 5-10 times a day. I have two cards with them (biggest mistake of my life). Neither card is delinquent but one of my cards is over the limit by like $50. I know that is why they are calling but I don't ever pick up because there is nothing to discuss. I will get it below the limit when I make my next payment. I want the calls to stop. Isn't there a law that states they cannot call more than a certain number of times per day? Help!

I have 2 cards with this company and I am one payment behind on 1 card. They have been calling me 3 to 4 times a day on my cell phone and following it up with a call to my work number each time. The amount of calls I am receiving for one payment is ridiculous. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and always pay my bill.

Echoing another complaint I just read below regarding payment. First Premiere Bank harasses and defrauds its customers; I made large payments on my accounts with my saved payment info and the payments were processed. A few days later, the payments were returned (this happened twice, causing me to accumulate many fees) for no reason. The money was in my account before AND after. They immediately reported my account as delinquent to all bureaus and starting calling me throughout the day 8-10 times daily, even though I specified that I work during the day and cannot answer until evening. This company needs to lose any reputation they have. I planning on paying off and closing my accounts as soon as I can.

I am 7 days late on my payment and Premier Credit is calling me 10 to 12 times a day. This is the first time I have been late. When I paid my last payment online through my checking account, I put on my correct routing number and checking g account number. Then they said my check was returned. They charged me a returned check fee. I had the money in my account. It never went through my bank. The man I spoke with tried to tell me I had used the wrong account number. Then he told me I could pay it with my debit card and pay a $9.95 processing fee. I refused to pay that fee. He lowered it to $4.95 so I paid it. I asked him to remove the returned check fee. He told me I would have to call back. I then checked my method of payment I had used, he said it was wrong account number but the account number in which I paid my payment was correct. This is a ripoff.

I regularly receive a call from 866-890-3387 telling me that I can reduce my interest rates on my credit card accounts. It doesn't sound like First Premier Bank and when I ask them questions regarding the company they tell me it is none of my business and hang up.

I missed one payment and I’m up to date. Lately I’ve been getting a TON of unknown calls that I never answer and they never leave a voicemail. So I check my email regularly and I got a email from first premiere bank saying ‘they’ve been trying to reach me’ but to my knowledge i never got a call from them. However now that I realize it must be first premiere bank calling me blocked. I’ve received over 100 calls from them with in the past month morning noon and night over ten times a day from an blocked number. It’s harassment and something needs to be done.

First Premier Bank is call me 3 to 4 times a day. Sometimes before 8am and sometimes after 8pm. It's ridiculous. I am over my limit by $11.00, and my 1st payment is not even due until the first week of March. I run a business and have a lot of meetings, it's beyond unacceptable for these people to call more than once a day.

I do have credit cards with First Premier Bank so it isn't like they are just "cold calling". But if I'm running a little behind in getting bills paid, they're inevitably on me the very next day while I'm at work and they try and get me to commit to making X payment while we're on the phone. I have explained to them that this is discouraged in my workplace but they don't seem to care. Isn't it bad enough that they charge something like a 35% interest rate without harassing me on my cell at work? (They have my cell so they don't come through my business phone) I'd like to find a card that would let me do balance transfer at a lower interest rate just so I can get rid of First Premier but so far have been rejected. So tell me, what can you do? an email reply is preferred.
