Incredulous Interests
A major concern for Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC’s consumers is their unbelievable interests. Consumers lamented having paid off their vehicles for years with principals remaining the same as when they’ve started. Additionally, consumers also reported receiving harassing calls from Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC trying to collect payments.
Fraudulent Credit Reporting
On top of their exorbitant rates, consumers also lamented Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC’s credit reporting. Some consumers who’ve opted to block the charges LA Fitness made despite requests for membership cancellation had apparently pushed the company to report to credit bureaus. This has resulted in delinquencies in the consumers’ credit reports even though the fault was on Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC’s end.
Delayed Title Issuance
Another issue for many consumers is with the company’s title issuance. Complaints detailed consumers paying off their accounts months ago but with no updates regarding their vehicles’ titles. This has been a nuisance especially for those who paid off their accounts in full to finally settle and obtain proof of ownership.
Poor Customer Service
According to complaints, Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC had been providing disappointing customer service. Consumers narrated difficulties reaching their lines and being ending phone calls with no resolution to their concerns. Others reported employees lying about information about the consumers’ titles.
Unfortunately, these complaints are just the beginning for Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC. The company’s customers are left wondering what options they have regarding their consumer rights.

Here’s How to Make Big Companies Listen
It can be frustrating when you rely on a service and don’t get the results you’ve paid for. Big companies make mistakes every day and not only is it their fault, but it can also cost you money, time, and leave you with big headaches.
Have you tried calling Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC to address an issue, only to be told that the representative has no authority to do so? Or maybe you’ve tried talking to someone higher up in the company, only to be ignored, dismissed, or they take too long, continuing to waste your precious time. Maybe you’ve sent an email to the company which only resulted in a prefabricated response or they never follow through with what they’ve promised.
When you’re limited in your choices for service providers or you’re locked into a contract, what can you do?
Fortunately, you do have options.
Use Arbitration to Settle Your Complaint
Most companies like Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC have an arbitration clause in their contracts to prevent being taken to court for traditional litigation. This is actually an advantage for the consumer. When you request an arbitration hearing, an independent third party (the arbitrator) with knowledge of the type of situation involved will listen to the facts from both sides and make an impartial, binding decision. Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC will have to do a lot of work and there is no guarantee that they will have a successful outcome.
Arbitration is Fast, Inexpensive, and Private
Arbitration with Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC is conducted through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). According to the AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol, arbitration through AAA will comply with their Statement of Principles, which includes:
- The process is fundamentally fair – All parties are entitled to qualified, competent, impartial arbitrators who will conduct a fair hearing.
- You get access to all relevant information – This includes reasonable costs, confidentiality, reasonable time limits, and meeting times and/or locations that are agreeable to both parties.
- Transparency – AAA provides clear arbitration agreements and the ability for each side to hire their own representation.
- Just process – Arbitration allows the arbitrator to award the same relief as traditional litigation in a binding decision.
- Alternative to arbitration – Mediation and the ability to take the case to small claims court should be available in some cases.
Arbitration Gives you Control and Leverage
When Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC is alerted that you plan to pursue arbitration, they know it will cost them money out of pocket. Not only do they run the risk of losing the case, but they will also pay for their mistake(s) and the arbitration itself. This gives you more leverage with your demands.
If Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC doesn’t meet those demands and you have a real complaint, America’s Consumer Lawyer can help by representing you in arbitration where you will get a fair, just, and transparent hearing.
Control and Leverage Triggers Faster Settlements
Large companies like Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC don’t like the uncertainty and loss of control that comes with arbitration. Not only do they lose the advantage in the situation, but you’re also on equal footing with them in the eyes of arbitration.
The first step in taking on Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC is to formally raise your complaint. The lawyers at America’s Consumer Lawyer can help you to do so. We will send a letter of demands to the corporate offices of Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC, letting them know that you’re ready to begin arbitration if a satisfactory resolution is not achieved. Typically, this is 30 days, but it will depend on your specific contract with Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC.
Approximately 50% of cases will settle before proceeding to an arbitration hearing during this time. However, if Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC doesn’t offer a reasonable settlement within the appropriate time frame, the next step would be filing a case with AAA. America’s Consumer Lawyer will not only put together the necessary paperwork for arbitration, but we will also help you take the next steps in the arbitration process.
UDAAP and Arbitration
UDAAP is an acronym representing laws that prohibit Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices in the context of trade or business. This includes misrepresentation, deception, false advertising, or false promises. These laws emerged following the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act that was enacted in response to the 2008 financial crisis. The ultimate goal with these laws is geared towards protecting consumers involved in financial transactions, educating consumers on their rights, and allowing them access to information and resources to best inform their decisions.
UDAAP laws are regulated by two organizations, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC expanded the initial UDAAP laws in 2004 to include unfair and deceptive acts and practices. Some standards for unfairness, in particular, include if it causes or is likely to cause substantial injury to consumers, the injury is not reasonably avoidable by consumers, and the injury is not outweighed by countervailing benefits to consumers or to competition.
Every state has UDAAP laws, which can vary widely. However, the lawyers at America’s Consumer Lawyer understand these laws and can use them to get compensation for deceptive practices, representing consumers throughout the country in cases of arbitration at no cost to them. The company will not only pay the consumer, but they will also pay my fees as well. The consumer will never pay me a cent.
If you’re dealing with an issue with Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC, you might try filing a complaint with the BBB or the customer service team with Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC. Unfortunately, these avenues won’t always lead to a successful resolution for you, the customer. Instead, you may want to consider an experienced arbitration lawyer to take on your case.
Arbitration is a very useful tool for resolving disputes, and America’s Consumer Lawyer can help. With our expert guidance, we bring the big companies to the table and provide the support needed to get your bills corrected, credit reports fixed, improper fees refunded, and more. Let us pick up the sword for you; you have nothing to lose.

Hello, although I am behind on payments through Flagship Credit due to hardship, I was told to make another one in November to keep from repossession, which I did. Going through my payments, I see they only have been going towards interest which is a few dollars. My payments should be going to my total which hasn’t changed in months. They also have been constantly calling me a few times a day and even reached out to my mom at one point. Most of my call logs come from them. They have now told me today that even though I made a payment last month, I am back to square one for repossession which doesn’t make sense. Just looking for guidance or help on what I should do.
Flagship Credit Acceptance appears to be using predatory loan practices to collect money. I have paid them almost 20k towards my car, and only 1k of it has gone to something other than interest.
I have, I need help with flagship credit acceptathe second, the pain on this cough, over 3 years and I will have 8% of it.paid ioff.

I’m seeking legal assistance regarding a potential case involving auto loan fraud by Flagship Credit Acceptance.
I recently discovered that the company may have altered the terms of my auto loan after I signed it, including changing the interest rate and monthly payment amount, and used a forged digital signature via Docusign. I have documentation showing inconsistencies between the original loan agreement I signed and the version Flagship produced.
Additionally, Flagship has not applied all the payments I’ve made to the loan. I have payment records that do not match their reported balance, and I believe this misapplication of funds is intentional and deceptive.
I’d like to know if this is something your firm can assist with and whether you’ve handled similar cases; particularly against Flagship or other subprime lenders. Please let me know how to proceed with a consultation.
Thank you.
I have made loan payments to Flagship credit acceptance LLC for the last 2 years and have specifically stated to be making payments towards principle balances however i just got off the phone with a representative who states my requests have been ignored and that i owe more on the interest now than when i started the actual loan and her response to my questioning the moral and good business practice of that statement and she states \" thats how our bank makes money\" in other words its her initiative to make sure that loan interest balances raise while the principle remains the same. All the while the customer thinks theyre paying principles down.
Please contact me for your thoughts and help.

I am seeking legal guidance regarding a potential case of loan misrepresentation and predatory lending practices by Flagship Credit Acceptance. Below is a summary of my concerns:
Misrepresentation of Loan Terms
A Flagship loan specialist explicitly stated that my loan agreement included an annual maintenance coverage for my vehicle.
When I attempted to use this coverage, I was informed that it was not valid, and the company gave me conflicting information, sending me in a runaround.
Excessive and Unfair Interest Charges
I am being charged $16.04 per day in interest, making it nearly impossible to reduce my principal loan balance.
My loan balance is $29,273.00, and at this rate, I will remain in debt until 2029, even though my vehicle’s market value is significantly lower.
This structure seems intentionally designed to keep me trapped in a cycle of debt.
Failure to Provide Clear Loan Breakdown
I have requested clarification on my loan terms, but Flagship has not provided satisfactory explanations.
The lack of transparency raises concerns about whether they are operating within legal lending guidelines.
Request for Legal Review & Possible Action
I would like to explore whether I have grounds for fraud, misrepresentation, or predatory lending claims.
Assistance in demanding a loan audit, disputing the interest charges, or negotiating better terms would be helpful.
If necessary, I am willing to file a formal complaint with regulatory agencies and consider legal action.
Please let me know the best course of action and what documentation I need to provide for further review.
I\'m having an issue with the interest that is being accumulated on my account especially since I was paid u for 2 months in advance.
Car was valued $16,000 for sale The present time of all the paid $28,000 car is totaled and I\'m being told I owe $20,324,000 more
I’m not sue if I have a legit complaint but I got my car through them a while back. It seems like my amount never goes down. My car is only worth about eight or $9000 at this point according to the Kelley blue book but they are saying I still owe 24 to 25,000 I understand interest rates I have had to miss a few payments. I’ve been late. I have faced financial hardship and I have had some illnesses go on. I feel like their interest rates are only keeping me in a negative stance. This is in . I feel like they’re interest rates are only keeping me in a negative stance. This is in regards to flagship credit. I see there have been numerous complaints based on their interest rates as anything been done about it.
Flagship placed a 4 year old debt on my credit report that I was unaware of. I was in chapter 13 bankruptcy and they never filed a claim.
I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze in 2021. My job is seasonal. This is 2025. My car isn’t worth what the loan says and I’ve paid out what the car is worth but that’s not my point. I’ve been a victim of the bullying, the harassment, the unprofessional behavior of some of their employees and staff!! They need to be audited and shut down!
I have been trying to get out of this contract with flagship due to fraud and they refuse. please help
I was discharged from bankruptcy May 5, 2024. I made a few good payments during the bankruptcy. I was speaking with someone and been recovering, but never once they tell me the car was in jeopardy of being repossessed. I was under the impression that I did a reaffirmation, but I found out that later down the line that I did I believe August 18 or 19th was a Monday they picked up the vehicle I called them. I was advised that the car has been repossessed and I could get it back for $2500 I sent the $25 via MoneyGram. I waited. I never received any additional paperwork statements. I have spoken with bankruptcy who was the impression that the car had not been sold because he did not even realize that I had the vehicle and then called last week asking for, restructure paperwork or something. The vehicle is not showing up on my credit report. No department knows what the other is doing. They still had a bankruptcy alert on my file was told to speak with the dealership. I’m not sure why I just really need to speak with someone who can help me figure out what’s going on. Do I have any legal rights to the vehicle even though I’m making payments on it can they come and pick it up at any time being it technically doesn’t even Show , any of the three credit bureaus that I have the vehicle they are charging me interest I just don’t know what do
I got a 2014 buick verano from budget car sale in prattville alabama in 2020 and was paying 473 $ a month sending my payment on time every month by first class mail arrive next day to the address they gave me and said to me they can\'t verify it for 7 days upon rhat charge me late fees every time and I ask what was my total payment to pay the car off for 3 years they said 14,000 the same prise as day I got the car I don\'t think it\'s right etc ,,,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a significant error in my recent payment processing with your company. On 9/26/24, my account was debited twice for my monthly car payment, totaling nearly $900 instead of the expected $450. This discrepancy has caused me considerable financial strain and requires immediate attention.
I attempted to schedule my regular monthly payment of $450 on 9/19/24. Although I never received an error message indicating that the transaction could not be processed, when I called customer service, they informed me that this is often the case for double debit transactions.
This error has placed me in a difficult financial situation. As you can understand, such unexpected charges can create serious challenges for customers, especially those living paycheck to paycheck. I urge you to consider the implications of this system error with this company, as it could potentially affect many other customers who may not be as equipped to handle such unexpected expenses.
I ask that you investigate this issue further and have the company provide a detailed explanation of how such errors can occur, along with the measures they plan to implement to prevent this from happening in the future.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and keep me informed of the progress regarding the investigation and resolution of my case.
I bought a car that stopped working, I tried to keep paying for about a year before telling them to come get it. I had to ask them 3 times, they finally did. That was in march 2024 and now they still have not sent me the final accounting and required notices regarding the balance and sales information. I have requested it multiple times. They are still inaccurately reporting on my credit. They have said multiple times \"We are waiting on the refund of the gap insurance\" before we send out the final statement. That was 5 months ago that they got the car. I have called multiple times. They said they will send me a statement and an offer to settle the balance. Hasn\'t happened. It is hurting my credit significantly.
Please contact me via email and I will contact you back
I paid off a loan with Flagship several years ago. They habitually had called me repeatedly from a dialer from an anonymous number (sometimes multiple times in a row) and they have been incorrectly reporting my late payments to my credit report. I have very good credit (mid-700\'s) and they will not correct or remove the errors. It is preventing me from business funding and I\'m not having it. They have refused to change them, and I\'m assuming a goodwill deletion of the account would not happen either.
Can something be done about this? I am ready to take action.
Damages caused by Flagship Credit Acceptance Inc. I have most of the leg work done. Including a break down of the consumer fraud act and proof that Flagship Credit Acceptance Inc. has checked the boxes on ALL violations. As well as proof of induced reliance.(815 ILCS 505/2) It\'s pretty blatant and clear this scum of a company is fraudulent and deceptive. I just need proper legal representation to translate this information into legal action. Look forward to hearing from you guys!
Thanks,
Drew P.
We purchased a truck through a local car dealership. It has been a big mess since. We have paid 4 months worth of truck notes to Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC and they have not once reported any of our payments to the credit bureaus. The loan doesn\'t even reflect on my credit account. They call before the payment is even due hounding us to make payment, etc. However noone there can help you. When I called to ask why they weren\'t reporting our payments to the credit reporting agencies, a lady by the name of Christine informed me that there has been a glitch in their system for a year now. Why has it not been corrected, and why am I responsible for this mishap? Noone in their right mind, would purchase a vehicle knowing the lender isn\'t reporting the credit bureaus. Many things were done out of character with this lender and also the dealership. After doing my own research, I realized that we aren\'t the only individuals affected by this. I thought I would reach out to you. Can you guide or assist me by chance? Also thank you for the taking the time to read and respond. Angelina Ponder
My APR is over 21% and I feel as if I was taken advantage of and would like to speak with someone on this matter.
My loan from flagship was 28,000. I\'ve been paying for 5 years and have paid almost double. I owe 9,000 still and my credit says I owe 14,500.
They won\'t update my credit and I\'m unsure if I should continue paying them. I don\'t know what to do but I\'m being robbed.
Flagship credit fraudulent loan activity, non responsive to attempts to mediate.
In a nutshell and to make a very long story short, my father has a car loan through Flagship Credit. The loan is in his name only and since the time of the loan, he has passed away. Our family has kept the loan up until recently due to unforeseen circumstances (more explanation if needed). Flagship has been impossible to work with; keeping the car is the goal and they are just very mean/bullying, and etc. They told me they have charged off the loan, it is out for repossession. I\'ve asked if there is anything we can do, they wanted all the back payments, unfortunately I couldn\'t do that. I asked if they could just put the past due back on the end of the loan and they said they couldn\'t do that because my father is deceased, which makes no sense. I\'ve asked for documentation about the charge off and can\'t get any. Any suggestions or help to be had?
Harassing phone calls to my payment being at 23.99 apr I pay 965 a month and they don’t put it on my credit some months
Flagship repossessed my car. The car was 15, 995 plus an additional 4,000 that I owed after trading in my car. I put down 4,000 and was told that I would owe close to 20,000 or I have paid over 16,000 dollars and my balance is still at 19,000 I was told only 100 dollars went towards my 474.90 payment for 2018 Chevy Equinox.
We paid off the car in September. Now having issues reaching someone in customer service to confirm balance is $0 & title issuance. We need possession of our title. Can someone please help us !!
Every time I call them to ask them about my payments and how much I\'ve paid off they state they don\'t have access to that information. They state that i\'ve only made 5 payments when I\'ve made a total of 10 payments since I pay twice a month, The customer service representatives Maria and Daniella neglected me to speak with a supervisor. They neglect to tell me how much is left to pay on my loan, how much has been paid, they won\'t give me any information on my loan. When I had asked Jonathan 3 months ago to send me a copy of the loan as well to put in a request for his supervisor to reach out to me since Jonathan was a supervisor and could not answer my questions, no one has yet to get back to me in regards to questions on my loan since he says all i\'m paying is interest on all my payments.
Signed a contract with flagship and have been driving around a new truck for over a month. When first payment was due, a woman that could barely speak english called to \"verify\" information. She then said our address didn\'t match and flagship was canceling the loan and to return the truck to dealership. Already provided drivers license, ssn, paycheck stubs a month prior when I was initially approved and signed contract.
I am getting the run around with flagship, the website states I am paying 12/7/2023 monthly payment, yet we are actually paying 2/7/2023 monthly payment. I have requested copies ot my payment history which they have sent and the history coincides with my spreadsheet. Yet their system is wrong. I have been told it could take months to fix it. Well if I am not mistaken the way they charge intersted if I am paid 5 months ahead yet the system thinks I am 3 months ahead then my money isn\'t going to principal as it should and its getting sucked into interest. I make a half month payment every week. Sick of getting the run around with these people.
Customer responded I hope you don\'t get your VA home loan approved due to late payment history on 2017 Wrangler Jeep Voluntary repo with Flagship

I just want to make a payment on the car. I go to their website and it is not working. I contact the phone number and I get people that cannot instruct me how to get my access restored. I do not do business over the phone especially in this day and age with all the scams.
Even a legitimate business overseas it is very common for scammers to use those same legitimate computers to commit scams and fraud so I am very careful in that regard.
Flagship has fallen and I am sure I am not the only person to say this. Just want to make a payment and I will not submit payment information over the phone to an overseas system. Frankly I am at the point I might just trade this vehicle in, take the loss and deal with a more reputable company, which honestly is probably my only route to take at this point.
I am not behind on payments or anything and in fact I pay early on my bills. Just very skeptical of foreign payment systems outside the US jurisdiction. I know all too well that when those legitimate systems close for the night, fraudsters will use those same computer systems and have access to our data. So I avoid that. They know what goes on and yet they pan out this work to save money on customer service at the risk of our data being exploited. It is a bad company and will not be surprised to see them go under as a result.
My car was totaled. Insurance paid 4/23. I did not receive any communication from Flagship regarding balance, settlement, to restructure a remaining balance, etc. I have called them and they admit no deficiency balance letter is in their system as being sent. They say I should have known to keep paying the original loan amount?? They never updated my credit report to show when insurance payment made, bring payment up, etc. I cannot get anywhere with them. Lady today named Linda basically called me a liar, was rude, and told me I should have just known to keep paying. I would like to request arbitration so I can get this settled.
I have had my auto loan with Flagship since 2020 & lost my job in 2021. I have worked with my by moving my some of my payments to the end of my contract, but I have tried to get them to move my monthly payment to the middle of the month instead of the 1st of the month & they just will not do it. I have even tried to see if I could get the payment reduced & they declined that. They keep telling me that I will have to get the payment caught up, but that is impossible with my rent being due at the beginning of the month, so I ma having to choose between my rent or my car payment. It\'s seems like they are more interested in collecting interest instead of helping me to get the car paid off. I am to the point where I just want them to come & get the car, but I can\'t afford to have a repossession & need a car to get to work. I just can\'t seem to get the car payment caught up & they are stressing me out with the number of calls
Under CA law, they call only call 3 times per day, they are calling non stop. They also granted me extensions on my load and failed to tell me it would all be due in one lump sum on the last payment. I have been making monthly payment, and they are placing 30 day late marks on my credit report because it was not paid in full. They then advised me to offer a settlement on the account so I could be done and I offered 66% settlement and they denied it saying it was too low. That was their suggestion
