I’ve been getting SO many spam calls lately in reference to “Senior Benefits Center” that I’m keeping my iPhone on do-not-disturb mode. I had 72 calls yesterday. I’m also receiving calls from a D2 Management, “in reference to my debt” and I’ve no idea what debt it’s in reference to. I have brain cancer for which I’ve had a craniotomy and a lot of brain damage due to epilepsy related to the cancer. I’m raising my twelve year old alone, as I’m in the midst of a very messy divorce. My child and I are living with my late octogenarian grandparents one of whom has dementia. I also home school my child as I do my best to manage the household. I miss important calls now from my child’s virtual school and my physicians, simply because I can’t handle the constant stress of my phone ringing every 10-20 minutes because someone is trying to spam me. I paid one of these debt collectors a year or so ago and it set me back so far financially even after I explained to the person on the other end that they were taking the last bit of money I had from my child, that I still am in an endless state of debt with payday loans that I can’t get out of. I’m on disability and I’ll never pay any of these people again, but I need these calls to stop. My grandparent with dementia sits all day and yells at the ai generated voices that their line repeatedly all day, and now, into the night. If you attempt to call me, I’ll likely miss your call but I will return your call. Thank you and God bless.
