Hello Wil. Has Bob Daly stated what he's calling you in regard to? Have you asked for a debt validation letter? You have the right to be informed of any debt you possibly owe and I would recommend that you get the letter to determine if the debt is legitimate or not. If you'd like assistance with this, reach out to my law firm at 312-224-4695. We are experienced in dealing with debt collectors and we can likely help you with the calls you're receiving. Thanks, Mike

SEKO Logistics has placed our account with Biehl and Biehl Collections agency and is refusing to release our goods while continuing to charge us monthly storage fees. In February 2024, SEKO issued a batch of invoices for over a year’s worth of storage and service charges, totaling more than $60,000. We dispute the majority of these charges and have raised concerns with SEKO given the severe delay in billing and inaccuracy.
Despite our efforts to maintain an agreed-upon payment plan with Biehl, financial challenges have made it difficult to keep up with payments. Additionally, SEKO continues to bill us every month expecting to be paid. Now, we are facing persistent harassment and threats of legal action from the collections agency. Given the situation, we need to assess our legal position, determine potential defenses, and establish the best strategy for negotiation or litigation.
We would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed, including potential legal remedies for disputing these charges, options for compelling SEKO to release our goods, and strategies to mitigate the risks of legal action from the collections agency.

Biehl and Biehl was trying to collect a debt that was not mine, they continued to harass me. They gave me paper work that proved that I was not liable but continued to verbally attack me and then threaten my personal credit. Its been over a year and I am still angry about the way they harassed me. Christina Collins was the debt collector and her boss John May was just as bad. They seem to have a culture of harassment. In the end the debt was paid by the actual company that owed it Biehl and Biehl refused to provide and paperwork, the company that sent me to the collector ended up sending an email stating I was not liable anymore.
