nelson and Kennard garnished my bank accounts of 1500 bucks on a judgement from 2003 Oregon statute of limitations is 10 yrs wqas that legal . thank you

They filed a claim against me, which I only found out about by doing a search on Thirston County Courthouse system of filed claims. Lack of Notice, lack of service, and no due process.

I went to court last year and the judge saw my paperwork on my income. She told them not to go in my account. I just had a stroke in Jan if this year. I call them and them and they went in my account!
