I was just wanting to know what the fees are. I have a debt collector threating me and I offered what I could and they refused and hung up on me. I opened a account with Zales Jewlers and I got sick was in and out of the hospital and I got behind on some bills. I received a phone call several times and they just hang up on me and call everyone in my family to get a hold of me. I have offered to pay something and they flat out said no. I know I have researched the company and they have an F rating on bbb!

The law office of richard clark has taken an unauthorized debit out of my account. this is the third time this has happened. twice it has bounced my account. I am not happy. I believe they are trying to collect a debt due to a small credit card that i got behind on and when i spoke with them i agreed to submit a one time payment of $50 to them. I have no intention of defaulting on the debt but it needs to be when i am able to make payments and not when they wish to take payments. The payment that i authorized was about 6 months ago and the debits that they took were quite random!
