Is Midwest Support Services harassing you over a debt? Stop the harassment. Get Money. And you won’t pay us a dime for our services. Whether you owe the debt or not, you are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Midwest Support Services is a collection agency that has been in business since 1994. Midwest Support Services is headquartered in St. Charles, Missouri. Midwest Support Services is a full-service collection agency, which uses various software programs to trace people and gather information on them.

According to its website, Midwest Support Services claims, “To increase your profitability and reduce your outstanding delinquencies through diligence and hard work, that is what we do best.” However, according to its track record, Midwest Support Services’ collection activities shed a much different light when analyzed under the FDCPA. The FDCPA has been around for almost 35 years. The FDCPA is a federal law that applies to every state. In other words, everyone is protected by the FDCPA. The FDCPA is essentially a laundry list of what debt collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt, as well as things debt collectors must do while collecting a debt.

The Better Business Bureau has rated Midwest Support Services an F, for failing to respond to any complaints against it.

If Midwest Support Services has harassed you over a debt, you may be entitled to money damages up to $1,000.00. Plus, the FDCPA has a fee-shift provision. This means, the collection agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs. We have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases. Let us help you today. Contact Mike Agruss Law at 888-572-0176 to stop Midwest Support Services once and for all.
