$14k disputed with cross river bank on debit card, they are refusing to provide documents used to decide I was responsible for 100% of the fraud that took place on my account, this ordeal has snowballed ever since they didn’t honor their contract by providing provisional credits. They tell me talk to upgrade and upgrade says talk to visa visa says they don’t handle disputes
