I have had 6 robo calls today from gateway, and 1 call nov 8, 1 voicemail nov 6. 7 calls, 6 in 1 day is harassment especially when i requested to be on the do not call list by phone, and mail. Also they still harassing my family. They use multiple numbers. They threatened to take my car by force and said if i don’t cooperate my property can be damaged and I can go to jail. They also have told my family and coworkers details about my loan and information they aren’t legally able to tell. They even threatened my grandparents saying if they dont pay, they will see their grandson in jail. Can we move forward with these violations!

I have repeatedly informed Gateway one to stop calling me at work. I have filed numerous complaints with the BBB and Arizona Attorney Generals Office and each time the company responds that they will stop the call and yet they continue-last occurrence was 2/21/20.

I had a loan with gateway one lending who currently sold to Santander. I was receiving paperless state sent and auto debit so I lost track of following up on my account until the transfer. Since this transfer, I have requesting for past 3 statements to no avail. As per my statements I paid 16000 so far. The total of this loan is 1600 and change. But this bank(Santander) claims I still owe 7000. I spoke to 2 reps #8002 and #992530 who Explained that there is no way to get those statements to clarify. I feel like gateway one should have sent me a paper statement plus a note regarding the transfer instead of receiving one after the fact from Santander.

Gateway One Lending opened a fraudulent account in my name for someone who had no identification and gave them a BMW. I was contacted by a insurance company that the cat was in a accident and that's how I found out about the identity theft. Everything was removed and closed out in 2016, now in june 2020 they have placed a charge off on my credit gir that same 2015 identity theft and refuse to remove it. I sent in the police report and the original email that was sent to the gateway one employee who handled the fraud. They have a new owner Santander Consumer USA that bought them out and they say it's accurate. My credit has dropped and this never had anything to do with me. I never had the vehicle and still don't. Please help me
