My United healthcare advantage plan ended in January 2026. Several months ago after receiving my monthly statement I had noticed that there were claims for several Covid shots on my account. They were paid. These were not mine. Yesterday I received a statement for charges in November that totaled over $15,000. None of them were paid they were all denied. When I called in to let them know that it wasn’t me the lady answered the phone and said hello Erin. I had not given any of my information, not even through the automated system as there wasn’t one . She literally knew who I was right when she answered the phone. She said Hello Erin, my name is Erin. . I tried to explain to her that these charges were not mine. She pretended to not understand. She reassured me that she would get these charges covered and asked for my permission for her to call me back on Sunday. When I asked her how come she didn’t ask me for my information confirming who I was, she asked me for my access code. I didn’t know what access code meant so I asked her to explain. She then hung up on me. After a few minutes, she called me back, but she called me back from this phone number 763-274-3899. The phone number I called was 1-800-980-5195. I understand that there was a security breach, but I do not think it’s fair that all I’m being offered is one year of IDX. Obviously my information is still being used. The fake claims came from VERISOLA INC. The lady I spoke with yesterday did not speak very good English. She tried to claim that we both had the same name.. I’m not sure if there has been any been any kind of class action lawsuit, but I was never asked to join one . I also recall there was also fraudulent charges on my husband‘s United healthcare account as well in 2025. Neither one of us were notified of any class action lawsuit. We were just told to sign up for IDX. Thank you

7632743899 called and claimed it is from UHC and asked to resubmit and review claim. It sounds like scam honestly. So I googled and found this link.

They called on 6/18/24 at 2:52pm. I answered the call and asked, \"Hello?\" twice, with no answer. Call lasted 8 seconds. They then called me back-to-back at 2:53pm. Both of which, I did not answer the call nor did they leave a message. I\'m also registered to the DNC, and submitted all 3 complaints to the website.

They called me at 9:04 AM on Saturday, February 1, 2020. I did not answer because I couldn't get to the phone in time. They did not leave a voice mail message. Does it make a difference if I do belong to United Health? How do I know that it wasn't a legitimate call from them that they may have been trying to contact me for a good reason? Thank you. If they continue to call can I submit a complaint to your website again?
