I currently have a debt with JC Penny which I am unable to pay after missing 2 payments unintentionally I wanted to close the credit card and try to work something out but they continue to charge interest, late fees, harass me with robo calls 5-8 times a day and have told me they will take me to court over the debt. It has gotten to the point with the continued interest that there is just no way out now.

Hello Alexandra. I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with what seems like an overwhelming situation regarding your JC Penney credit card. Missing two payments shouldn't destroy your credit and JC Penney shouldn't be harassing you in any way per the law. Let's talk about this further. I will give you a call. Thanks, Mike
