Received a call from Lannister Law and the first thing that they say on over the phone was if I was back from the Philippines? He didnt even say who does he represents or anything just that his name was Matt. Apparantly the only way for the person to know if I was or wasnt in the Philippines (which is non of his business by the way) was that he had to search me through facebook. How unprofesional is this.

hello my name is maria and I received I received a call form lannister law corp asking for payment for student loan which is a scam I have this student loan from southwest financial and I think they took over the loan. they are calling me from work too. A default lien awarded to Northweest Exteriors Inc- we were not notified of any court proceedings -when the case went to trial the Court sent us a notice to appear- however a default was given prior to the trial. We were not aware of this my husband had appeared at trial but was told he had been stricken- my husband recalls being told the case was dismissed 7/15/2016 - Sonoma County Superior Court MCV234370.
4/1/2024 I\'m refinancing my home and a lien has come up $6,695.05 title has received a payoff demand for $16,123.33 from the CEO of Northwest Exteriors Inc. This company had Breached their contract, improperly installed a bay window that leaked and cause extensive damage to our home- the failed to our their warranty hence why they were not paid.
We need this removed and title cleared without further delay, to fund.
