Is Ford finance harassing you over a debt? Is Ford finance placing robocalls to you or sending you unsolicited text messages? You have rights under state and federal laws! We will aggressively enforce the law to stop this harassment. Not only will we stop the harassment, but you may be entitled to money damages, too. Finally, you won’t have to pay us a dime for our services. Keep reading to learn about your rights.

Ford finance is the financial arm of Ford Motor Corp., and it’s based in Birmingham, Alabama. If you want to buy a new Ford car or truck and you can’t pay cash, you have to go through Ford finance, which will check your credit and offer you an auto loan based on your score. Ford finance also handles billing and payments on its auto loans; you can set up automatic monthly withdrawals through their website. Ford finance is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which is not a positive sign for customer service.

What happens, though, if you find yourself in financial difficulty and you cannot make your Ford payments? Well, you’re not alone. If Ford finance is contacting you to collect a debt, whether you owe it or not, Ford finance must follow the law.

If Ford finance has done anyone of the following, contact Mike Agruss Law, for a free case evaluation:

• Called you after you told them to stop calling you.

• Called you about a debt you do not owe.

• Continued to call you after you have told the collector you cannot pay the debt.

• Communicated (phone or letter) with you after you filed for bankruptcy.

• Communicated (phone or letter) with you after you told the collector you have a lawyer.

• Called you before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.

• Called you at work after you told the collector you cannot receive such calls at work.

• Left you a voicemail message without saying the company’s name.

• Called third parties (family, friends, co-workers, or neighbors).

• Threatened legal action against you.

• Placed robocalls to you.

• Sent you unsolicited text messages.

If Ford finance has done any of the above, you may be entitled to money damages. Plus, you won’t have to pay us a dime for our services. Founding attorney, Michael Agruss, has settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases. Now, we want to you help you, too. Contact Mike Agruss Law, at 888-572-0176 for a free consultation.

I told them a few weeks ago to quit calling me everyday. A girl named Amy called yesterday I read used her and she apologized. A male named Blake called today refused to give his last name and demanded I make a payment or it’s repo time.

I was over mileage for my lease that I turned in, I told the dealership I couldn’t pay it, I was contacted by ford credit where they wanted monthly payments of 450$ I told them I couldn’t pay that either and they said they could do 100$ for 3 months I notified them that was a stretch for my current situation (both me and my husband lost our jobs during Covid) I notified them of this when I spoke to the agent she continued to call sometimes daily I continued to state I couldn’t pay what they were asking and was told I would be sued by their attorney. I have also recieved a letter in the mail threatening attorney action which is great to have in writing. really looking for some insight for this nightmare to Be over with

Hi Taylor. I'm sorry that you and your husband are dealing with such hard times during this pandemic. I'd like to look over the letter you received that is threatening legal action. If you can send a copy over to my office at [email protected], I'll review it and contact you about your possible options. Hopefully we can get this resolved and you can work on getting back to normal. Thanks, Mike

Hi Cheryl. Can we discuss this situation further? I'd like to hear why you were charged this debt and why you suspect it was done in error. Please give me a call or I will reach out to you. 312-224-4695 Thanks, Mike

Hi Jesse. Have you sent them a certified letter to stop calling you? If you haven't that would be the next step. This does not erase the debt, however. Is this debt a legitimate one that they're calling about? If you'd like assistance in dealing with this, reach out to my law firm at 312-224-4695. Thanks, Mike
