I had Credit and personal information breached in the Equifax Data Breach, which got me behind on my payment. I submitted a payment arrangement to Ally which they confirmed by updating my account. I assigned them a personal password to ensure they are truly Ally. I have been getting calls between 3-5 a day sometimes from different people claiming to be them but could never give me the password and then get rude to me when I refused to verify who they are talking to. I have made the my payment per the agreement and even made them early. I have call them but still could not get them to verity the pass word I have given them before providing the personal information.

I have a account with Ally Auto, and they are charging me a late fee and reporting to the credit bureaus that my payments are late, every month, when they are receiving my payments every month. I had to miss a payment in January, but called Ally to notify, but they refuse to work with me. I can\'t make two payments in one month, and they will not assist in bringing my account current. And again, they are charging a $40 late fee every month and reporting to the credit bureaus late payments, when in fact they are receiving the full amount every single month. Can you please help?

I have a 2018 GMC SIERRA with Ally Financial. They keep calling me I told them my income had changed due to a divorce and I am trying to get my payments back on track. Then in Novemner I had surgery and was out of work for 3 months and I got paid half my salary. So that made me fall behind, but I made 2 payments last month and they still call me at least 5 times a day and sometimes they call back to back 3x. This is ridiculous, I am doing what I can, when I can! Being harassed when someone is doing all they can to pay under certain circumstances is uncalled for. They have threatened to repo my truck several times. I don't want to lose my truck, they don't care, I think they try to scare people with repo!!

They have called 2x, both robo messages. I called back both times and was told that our cell number was no where in the system. I have also threatened them with violating the FTC. I have no debts with this company. If you are working a class action, feel free to use me as ammo. Otherwise, I will handle myself if I get another call. I was told I had already been removed......Have a good day!

Calls me numerous times everyday and I have told them I have no idea who the person is they are calling for and to quit calling but they still call every single day. It's come to the point where it just feels like harrassment.

Trying to locate someone im not related to or have ever known. Trying to force me to sign documents related to a case I have no relation to or the person of interest. I explained in detail these facts and still got calls and voicemails from the locater service you use with a number of 4693000509. I have filed an FTC complaint and will continue to go through whatever legal avenue necessary. I will not be threatened for someone I dont know.

Calling cell phone and my work daily. They repoed my car. I came up with the money to buy it back before the date given. They took my money but then could not find my car for days. once they did they told me they already sold it before the date I was told I had to come up with the money. They then claimed I owed money on it still, even after taking my money to get the car back and them reselling it. I want them to stop calling me at home and at work.

robocalls are driving me crazy. I use my phone from work, and spoofers comprise 75% or more of the calls I receive every week. Most recently it was 855-234-3767, but I also get calls from Texas and Ohio due to my area code.

This number (+1 855-234-3767) calls 1-2 times every day asking for Mary. I sent them a message to leave me alone, as I am not who they are looking for. Next call said message for Mark, looking for Mary. I do not know a Mary. I blocked the number, but it still leaves voice mail.

They call incessantly. Even when my payment is current, they call to harass me about the interest owed on late payments from the past. I always pay them. I always will. When I'm late, that just means thay make more money off of me. They need to leave me alone at work so I can keep paying them. Thank you

We qualified for an automotive loan from Ally Financial in August 2018. Although our payments were on time most of the time, Ally had consistently harassed us with letters and phone calls, sometimes up to 3 times a day on the weekends. We even received a The Right to Cure Notice, and contacted Ally, who apologized for sending it prematurely since payment had already been made. As of today, Saturday June 29, 2019, Ally called X3 on both landline and cell phones. If you would so kind, please provide counsel as to how to file a claim. I have 2 vehicles financed by them. GMC Terrain 2015 on vehicle loan, and Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 leased. But since 1 ago I lost my income, and struggle to regain. But I still pay monthly what I can. I do not want to lose my GMC Terrain. I told them I will resume full payments once my work situation improves. But right now I cannot earn the salary I used to earn because of situation out of my control. I work as a freelancer software engineer and Uber driver, pay any amount I can on my GMC Terrain 2015. My income situation should improve to normal in 6 months to a year. But Ally still bombards me and my wife with harassment calls every day of the week. Number: 855-234-3767 And also number showing Anonymous, which is from a bot call. Please make these harassment calls stop. It is disgusting from Ally to revert to such tactics. Thank you, Patrick

Ally financial has been calling me several times a day and has stated that I owed them 400 dollars or so, on a vehicle that was totaled. Insurance and gap says that it is played off in full and I have told them this but they still insist that I pay!

If I call back and tell them, they state that they will remove our number. They don't. It seems that Ally or Allied Financial needs to get their business in order.
