You guys call me like 6 times a day and leave voicemails for someone who is not me. Negre Gerisack is the name left on the voicemail. I have no idea who that is. I continually ask to have my number removed and you continue to call me constantly anyway. No response needed just remove my number because I am not Negre Gerisack.

On October 13 and October 15 I received a call from Cherokee County Water company, 470-523-9269, in Georgia, which is a government agency. Each time they called they left a message which I did not play until today, 10/16/2021. Today is when I discovered they were not a Government Water agency, they were in fact ARS, a collection agency. On October 13, I received a call from ARS from Octavia Harris and she asked me to confirm my identity and that they were trying to serve me papers at my residence in Clayton County, GA, and wanted to confirm my address in Clayton County, GA. Octavia was very forthcoming with information. She informed me that Cuzco Capital Investment is where they got their information from to collect a debt for a Surge Credit Card with Celtic Bank which was charged off in 2018. She provided me with an account number as well as her personal 10/28/21, 4:41 PM Complaint Detail https://complaint.consumerfinance.gov/submit-a-complaint/s/complaint-detail#500t000000sYCgJAAW 2/6 number and extension, 716-844-5931 ext 111. I informed Octavia that her number came across my caller ID as 470-568-5040. With the information, she provided I was able to conclude Cuzco Captial Investment has lawsuits since they are debt purchasers and hired ARS collection agency to collect on a phantom debt as defined by the FTC.

Not a complaint, but I've been receiving calls that I've been letting go to voicemail. The message says they are ARS National Services, calling about a personal business matter. I thought I would schedule a consultation anyway to see what this is about because my credit score has dropped significantly through the pandemic as I've been unemployed almost the entire duration.
