I have been receiving calls nearly every day since I cancelled service in April. The calls usually come after 2pm. If I answer, it's silence. The first call I received, I did speak with someone briefly. They said that they were from Centurylink and calling about a bill and then quickly hung up, so I checked through the main customer service line and found I did not owe a thing. Please help this harassment end; it's relentless!

Was a CenturyLink customer for 10 yrs. Recently inquired about a speed upgrade. Without explaining they set me up for a complete overhaul for a fiber optic upgrade (not what I wanted). Cancelled the upgrade, when the service man arrived to explain the FOUR HOUR process for the upgrade, and was told it was cancelled. For almost three months, I repeatedly had my service turned off, HOURS on the phone to fix/resolve things, and eventually cancelled all my service. Having my home phone number moved to the new provider took ADDITIONAL HOURS and problems with them for over an additional month. Finally, had everything moved and cancelled. Still receiving emails and calls about my past due amount where they've tried to bill me AFTER the cancellation. MORE HOURS on the phone and just received another email and call today about the "past due amount". Additionally, my father passed away last year. He had CenturyLink and we cancelled his service. They charged him for additional months claiming it wasn't cancelled. Got calls and emails on his "past due" amount and finally paid that to have them leave me alone (my father died). I will NEVER use them again or say anything good about the company after these last seven months!

Had Century Link in Seattle. I settled my account. Told them I was moving and to turn off my service as I had to leave garbage Seattle defunding the police and filling up with homeless drug addicts. Starting to think they're all linked together, garbage

Rude and uninformed people keep calling about old accounts already settled - won't identify themselves nor which number they are calling about. We have no written documentation of owing anything - no bills - or communication - Please advise immediately.

I re-opened an account with CenturyLink after not having used their services for over 5 years. Three months into current service I received a letter stamped with CenturyLink's logo saying I owe them for balances from a prior account, with no information into the invoice numbers, account number or timeframe. When I called the number and spoke with Shanoya, she asked for an account number at which time I was hung up on.

I had an account with CenturyLink set up about half a year ago. They never sent me any bills, and every time I would contact them they would say one was on its way but it would never come. After a few months of this, and then having them shut our Internet down without any warning or communication whatsoever, we decided to switch providers to Google Fiber. Starting about 2 weeks ago I get one call every day from this number. When I answered, they asked me "Am I speaking to Jason?". I said yes and asked what they wanted. They repeatedly asked me to confirm my name, even though I already had, FIVE TIMES in a row! I got fed up and hung up. I have not heard from them since that. I want to know why they were calling me.

I’ve lost her initial email. I’m still getting calls several times a week even after indicating I’m not the person they’re asking for seemingly a different name every time. Occasionally the call will hang up digitally with no one speaking. If I could get a return email I’d gladly sent screen shots I’ve the recent calls. Thank-you Mike

Is the nature of your service to sue telephone harassers and spammers? Constant calls from businesses trying to sell me something, collect somebody else's debts, etc. All in violation of do not call registry. Just scoping what relief i can get down the line!

I canceled my service with Century Link. Before my final bill arrived I was receiving calls from 844-212-0179. I intend on paying but am not happy that I got reported before I even received my final bill. When I canceled Century Link tried to keep me from keeping my number. It took Verizon almost two weeks to secure my number!

I keep getting calls from "Century Link" even though I do not have an account with them and they say I have an overdue bill even though I don't have their services. When I ask further questions they hang up on me.

This number has contacted me several times stating I have a past due balance but will give out no furthur information. I have called Century Link directly in regards to this and they have no idea what is going on. I have not had any type of account through Century Link for over 6 months.

Claiming if I don't pay a bill I've already paid they will send it to collection however been redirected or hung up on when ever I try to get to the bottom of the issue. Have no problem paying if rightfully so however last conversation I had it was fully paid.
