Good evening, I had 47.91 dollars/ month of package with Xfinity mobile service since 2022 . Despite terrible coverage and slow internet I continued using it because of better monthly price. Either in Jun or July suddenly my bill increased from $47.91/ month to $78/ month. I saw this on my bank statement and I tried to find where it went wrong but I wasn’t able to login to xifinity mobile app. I contacted customer service via chat but customer service failed to resolve the issue. I tried to talk to customer service over the phone but nothing worked. I was never able to login back to my xifinity mobile app , I wasn’t able to login on website either. Finally , I disputed with my bank the extra charged amount by Xfinity mobile other than 47.91 dollars. Later , I discovered that without my consent and agreement xifinity mobile had increased my bill from 47.71 dollars/ month to 78 dollars/ month which was unacceptable for me . It was literally fraud and deception and deceiving the customers , it’s against the state and consumer law and rights. I decided to move on and finish Xfinity mobile services , it was a nightmare to get transfer PIN code from Xfinity , I walked into the Xfinity office Seattle downtown but they give me either wrong PIN or that PIN was expired , finally I got the correct PIN in September and ended Xfinity services. After , I never looked back to Xfinity mobile and Xfinity mobile never contacted me. Please find screenshots from the chat Today, there was a collection account worth of 214 dollars created by CCS collection for Xfinity Comcast debit collection against me . This act has dropped down 33 points from my score in equifax and derogatory remarks are added to my credit history. This has created a huge loss in my credit history , preventing me buying house , renting a house and I cannot get credit card approval. The loss of score , derogatory comments , anxiety , distress , suicidal thoughts , feeling of humiliation , violation of mutual agreement , robbing into the account increasing the bill solely by Xfinity has given feel of humiliation and become a reason of suicidal thoughts. I couldn’t perform at my work due to this , couldn’t properly drive back home , and won’t be able to perform properly until this issue is resolved.
