Please understand you must dial 859-309-6109 and reach through the Sorenson Video Relay Service (VRS) before contacting me, Michael Benson. After I pick up your call, I will see a sign-language interpreter for my hearing loss, and I will ask them for the voice carry-over (VCO) to turn on first before we begin our conversation by hearing my voice from there. My wife, Eula Marie Benson, still sees $23.30 for device protection insurance premium every month from her American Express credit card billing statement and also sees a phone number of 855-309-8345 that goes with it. She needs to find out why you charge her $23.30 every month before removing her device protection coverage. She called them many times, but they kept hanging up on her without talking to her because she dialed 855-309-8345 and saw a sign-language interpreter from the Sorenson Video Relay Service first before we called them up first. After they picked up her call, they hung up on her. There is no reason for them to hang up her call without taking the time to talk to her after we called them.
