Hi Kayla. Debt collectors are notorious for changing up their phone numbers and using numbers with area codes local to you in an attempt to get you to answer the phone. As there are no collections on my credit report, I am wondering why you are calling me. How old is this debt? Additionally, I am requesting any communication be through email or mailed to PO Box 1145, Piscataway NJ 08855. Thank you. DO NOT CALL ME!

A "Jackie Cole" has called twice stating I need to respond to her clients request and need a statement on file.

They call me multiple time but never leave a message. I block them and they call from a different number. I looked them up and I don't have a HSBC account and I pay all my bills on time.
