Hi Deborah. If you have given Loan Depot your phone number, say in an online form for example, it is considered a business call and one that you agreed to. However, you can make them stop calling if you don't want to continue to do business with them. I have helped many consumers to get these types of calls to stop and I may be able to help you as well. I will give you a call. Thanks, Mike

Hi Andrew. That is one of the phone numbers that Loan Depot uses. Are they the owner of a loan that you currently have? Or are they attempting to solicit business from you? Either type of call can be quite annoying and I understand your frustration. I would be happy to discuss your options under the law. I'll be reaching out to you. Thanks, Mike.

I have told them to stop calling. They persist, often calling and then saying nothing when I answer. It's been going on for approx. 3 month, more than 30 calls so far. I owe them nothing. They won't stop this behavior.

My name is Jonathan. I declined a loan from Loan Depot on Feb. 13 and they confirmed via email on Feb. 13 that the loan application has been withdrawn however they've been calling 5 or more times a day since. I applied on lending tree and Loan Depot offerred me a loan. I reviewed the offer via email and I declined due to I felt the loan terms were predatory in nature. They responded back will withdraw the loan offer on Feb. 13 however still keep calling non stop. Pretty much that's it. They keep calling all the time since I told them I wasn't interested. I have the email saying application has been withdrawn from their from Breanna Kelly but calls keep pouring in. I meant to say application withdrawn from their side. Appreciate the assistance. Thanks!
